This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. Joe made us feel comfortable and was patient with us in finding a 2023 Terrain in great condition and at our price point. I also want to thank the other Joe in the finance department. This was the first 'new' car purchase both me and my wife, so we had a bunch of questions. He was also patient and kind in answering all our questions. He helped us to be able to drive off in a beautiful vehicle that we could truly afford. Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

I leased two 2020 Glc 350e, one for me and one for my son. We found almost immediately that his was a lemon. It broke down constantly with the message reading “pull over and turn off engine immediately”. After several months in and out of MB repair we hired an attorney and MB bought the car back as a lemon. Then i started to get the yellow “watering can” icon on my dashboard with about 2k miles on the clock and we thought mine was also a lemon. After three separate weeks in repair at MB a technician was finally able to fix the problem. Now at 14,600 miles and so far no other problems. I actually love driving this car and seriously considering buying at lease end in August.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Buy this car brand new and you will never have any problems with this car. Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

not the cheapest to maintain with a hydraulic top and suspension however it's a pleasure to drive and it makes you feel special which to me is worth the money I spend on it

I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

Mostly always a heart breaker! Have stated this many times before...to no avail! No initial person assigned to place a paper mat on your floor and collect your keys or move your vehicle to a unconscious location..no service rep to greet you with your request etc etc...

As a tall man, space, performance, and comfort is a premium. I looked at several other SUVs but the GLE looks, and performs the best. I like the muscular look of the SUV. It's a boss of a truck especially if you opt for the 20 & 21 inch rims. I was not looking for speed and power so I decided to get the smaller 2.0 engine to get more milage on a full tank and I have no regrets. The 2.0 turbo is enough to get me around town. When driving through the backroads or highways, the ride is smooth. The SUV sit high enough so you see your surroundings. The tech displays: large navigation screen, ambient lighting, and large moon roof makes for a enjoyable ride. Leg room is nice and you feel like you are sitting on air. The ride is smooth and the car is spacious for a family of 5 on long trips. Like all luxury cars, you want to make sure you take out the maintenance plan for the vehicle. Getting Mercedes to do the service is a smart investment. Now, Mercedes will do the service but anything extra they will charge a premium fee so find out what the SUV needs and take it to a trusted mechanic. The SUV is relatively easy to work on according to my mechanic. Since having the 2020 GLE 350, I only had to change the rotors, tires and do the service maintenance at the dealership. Directional tires 20 inch rims in the front and 21 inch rims for the back at the dealership will run you over $1400 (installation included]) but do your research. I got mine, pirellis from tirerack.com for under $800 and got them installed for $20 bucks each. It was shipped from California, brand new. You can find these tires on other website as well around the same price so you don't have to overspend. Take time to do your research. The only issue I had is that the leather seat on the driver's side has a crack in the groove. You can barely see it but I expected the leather to much more studier and longer lasting. If you decide to get one, avoid the color black. It's hard to keep clean. Silver is by far the best color to keep clean. Overall, I can now see why Mercedes owners love their rides; classy, spacious, and reliable! You can't go wrong with Mercedes Benz.

I have major anxiety when going to most dealerships. But I had absolutely no anxiety here. Everyone was laid back & very nice. Did not run into one employee that was pushy or not welcoming. When I saw the car I wanted was at Best Chevrolet, I reached out to an employee (Melissa) who went above & beyond to get me the best deal. When I came in to test drive it, she explained every single feature before driving off- she was VERY knowledgeable. Melissa did not once make me feel pressured for a sale. I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

Just watch out for the “PZEV” versions of fuel pump that is built in inside the fuel tank !!! You need to replace the whole fuel tank $2k just replace the fuel pump which is price only for $200 +/- !!!’ You will know by reading the ID CARDs located both by driver door and when you open the hood
