This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.

I was looking to replace my work van and was directed to Prestige, they at the time had several work vans to choose from. I found the one I wanted. They gave me exactly what I wanted for a trade and I signed the buyers agreement on the spot. Very smooth process and I really like my updated work van!

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

I picked up a 2018 550 and fell in love! By far one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. The big comfortable SUV is responsive both with acceleration and handling. The 3rd row is actually usable unlike others! There are many suspension settings that actually work. I drive from the highway in sport mode, through feet of snow In the mountains in winter to the the class 4 roads of VT in mud season! Never have a problem. If this was the last car I ever own, I would be satisfied!

I visited The Auto Shop for a blown head gasket for my old 1984 SAAB 900S, love the old "tanks" but all the repairs it actually needed to be a safe vehicle for my almost 16 year old was more than I wanted to spend fixing the "old girl". I was in need of a newer manual transmition vehicle and The Auto Shop found me what I needed in record time. Tony, Rick,and Dick . . . love you guys! :0)

ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

I had previously written a review about my 2011 Yukon. It referenced some repairs that the vehicle needed and my frustration with the fact that I just pirchased the vehicle and immediately found things wrong. Joe contacted me and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He went our of his way to make sure we were taken care of and that all of the repairs were made and quickly too. Thank you so much Joe for taking the time to talk with us and making sire we left the dealership happy. Also, thank you to Phil for always taking the time to talk with us. If you choose to go to Auto Haus I definitely recommend working with Phil for sales, he is the absolute best. Excellent vehicle. Great mix of value, performance, comfort and looks. I've had 2 Audis and a Mercedes in the past and this is by far my favorite of them all. I am able to fit a baby seat in the back and it's a little smaller than I'd like but it's perfect for what I need. There are also a lot of after market performance mods for those that are interested.

I used the shuttle service after dropping my car off for an oil change. Doug the driver went above and beyond with the drive home. I forgot my keys at the dealership. He was understanding and very friendly. Excellent service. He was wonderful.

I bought this car brand spanking new with 7 miles in it from Mercedes, during Covid where there was literally none around .. I bought the night package 2021 but I’d was in may I believe of 2020.. regardless, I e never had one issue with this car ever… love it..

Jeremy is incredible. I was able to use the valet service, and I was out of town. Jeremy and the team kept in close contact with me and my daughter who was staying at my house. I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

MBZ S-class always 5 ***** vehicle. The most luxurious , comfortable, car I ever drove . I highly recommend it . My old Mercedes S-class has 200,000 miles and not a single problem.
