Purchased a BMW X3 M40i from Brian's. To be honest it sounded too good to be true. An independent inspection and the local BMW dealer's service department verified everything that the salesman Dillan and owner Gary had said about it. Dillan was professional and very helpful in arranging a long distance purchase. This is my wife's third X3 and our 10th overall. I can't remember a smoother, more professional group to work with. I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

After several discouraging experiences at other dealerships (including our previous Mercedes dealer) Ray Catena of Freehold was a refreshing experience. When we showed up our salesman John Farrell was ready for us with the vehicle we were interested in. The Manger Leigh stopped by to say hello and I was promptly connected with a representative to take me on a test drive. John was incredibly considerate of our time. Rather than sitting to wait and keeping us hostage at the dealership, he ran the numbers and called me later. We quickly agreed on a price and 24 hours later he delivered the vehicle to our house. In total I spent no more than 90 minutes driving, negotiating the agreement, and signing paperwork This is the most pleasant and easy experience we had buying a car and we have been working with Mercedes Benz for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend this dealership or John Farrell or Leigh Farrell more highly.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Got my 2015 gla in 2016. Drove it from NJ to DC every week even in the middle of a blizzard.. I feel like it has a more agile power steering. It can fit it anywhere. The ride is smooth and quiet. It’s now 2025, what do you think? I got the mountain grey color. It still shines like new!

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

The vehicle is an absolute pleasure to own. Holds it value and the price is actually increasing. Convertible with both hard and soft top for whatever you would like to have. Very clean inside and out and is so comfortable.

The SLC 300 is a nicely balanced roadster that is a blast to drive. Fit and finish are great and the styling is stunning. The retractable hardtop is fantastic, you can have the best of both worlds in 20 seconds. I've owned this car for about 10 months now and have not had any real issues and the price of the Service Level A was less than I expected. It does have some quirks though. The sport seats are very firm at first and take a while to break in and soften up. There is no voice dialing in this car, which I found odd in this day and age. Also, for some reason they decided to mix halogen and LED lamps in the headlights. Not a big fan of that decision but I can live with it. Overall, it's a great little car that costs a lot less than it looks and is fun to drive. No buyer's remorse at all.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

Big Selection of cars, friendly stuff and good prices compared to other local places. Came over there to check few trucks they had on the website... After test driving Chevrolet, decided to check out a 2015 ram 1500, immediately fell in love with it and bough it. Highly recommend this place if you need a clean used vehicle.

2014 CLS63 Type S. I’ve owned maybe 50 cars in my lifetime. Never a car like this. Bad to the core. (In a good way) The engine is second to none. The handling bests my mustang. The interior is clean, classy and feels quality. The car is fast. And I don’t mean hey look at me fast. I mean, hold on and maybe I should let off the throttle a bit, fast. No problems mechanically so far. But I am well aware of the potential cost of maintenance. That would be the only draw back. Very happy with this vehicle. Love the look. Love the feel. Love the power.

With the great floods of North Jersey, my pride and joy, my pleasure to drive, my daily driver got washed away. Totaled. The insurance companies were inundated with similar cases and took forever to cut a check. And to make matters worse, there were no rentals to be found. All I could scrape together was $3,000. A buddy of mine passes their lot every day on his way home from work. He always mentioned how they have such a nice selection of cars on their front line. Nevertheless, I told them my situation and they found me a perfect car. The fact of the matter is, they got me exactly what I needed during my time of need.
