This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

This was by far the best experience I?ve had at a dealership! From the moment of arrival, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and answered questions without creating any sense of pressure or urgency. The most difficult part was having to decide! After choosing a vehicle, the application process was easy and streamlined via mobile link. I hate the process of buying a car, but this one was painless. It took a few trips and test drives to find the right car, but we found it for a fair price, and they gave us a fair price on our 10-year-old trade-in.

Car rides very smoothly. Car is easy to drive and we love that interacts with us. Car is very comfortable and sturdy. We love the that it receives verbal commands and executed them.

The sales clerk I spoke with was an xxx hole that has not been trained in sales. If he had been a somewhat professional individual I would have purchased the car. I bought the exact same car from another dealer and am giving you the worst rating possible!

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

I found Next Ride Motors through a vehicle search on CarFax. That’s right, I want to know history and a CarFax value as I shop! I purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve on Monday July 15, 2024. Why? So many answers. All of their vehicles have a Carfax and are priced within reason of Carfax values. The vehicles are unlocked so just walk the lot, open and look at any or all of them. No salesperson chasing your xxx around! Oh, just show your license and test drive alone! Trish and her dog Bubbles were my sales team. Trish handled all the human stuff while Bubbles did a lot of lovin’ and talking, just sayin’. Here’s a beautiful thing! With no trade I was out the door all in for $13,500. I live in an apartment complex and have a garage. My garage neighbor just purchased a $75,000 Lexus RX350. Thanks to Next Ride Motors, I am far happier with my gently used MKX. I purchased a Glk350 new in 2011, picking it up in Germany on overseas delivery. I have purchased at least 30 new cars, domestic and foreign, during my 75 years and THIS has been by far the best. I believe MB bult the original with a very specific aim for a premium product, unlike some of the other small vehicles they produce. I still own the car and am reluctant to buy another vehicle because this one has been bulletproof. No squeaks or rattles. 100% reliable for the 85,000 miles driven, with only regular maintenance (and I have performed most of it including oil and filter changes and even spark plugs and igniters). Performed all regular maintenace as scheduled. Comfortable, reasonably quiet, very stable, handles well and fast for a small SUV. Opted for the HK sound system and it is VERY good. Beautiful audiophile sound, no bass ramp up or distortion. Paint is still immaculate even with Florida sun. Interior has held up well with the exception of a tear on the driver's seat for which an OE replacement cover is readily available online. Only possible criticisms: Back seat legroom is not great for large adults, otherwise adequate and comfortable; uses premium fuel and gets about 23 mpg ave for me, but I drive less than 10,000 miles a year, so no issue; and transmission fluid change which was changed on the original schedule to 40,000 miles was somewhat expensive, but I did get a $200 coupon which offset half of it. For a small SUV it handles great and seems built like a tank. Truly like a more modern but small G wagon.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

I am 79 years old grandmother and climbing up and into this auto is amazing. Good thing for a lotta traffic cause speeding isn't a problem, this car talks to you, come on lady give me some gas. I had 04 Tuareg vw, steering column died, no replacement. So, I am a Mercedes Lady now. So far, it's good. My auto is black with black interior.

I returned to Car Max in Franklin, as I had questions for service re: the 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a few weeks ago from this location. Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). He helped me reset the oil life indicator, and popped the sun visor into proper place. He was all about service with a great attitude. This simple experience gave me an even more positive opinion of Car Max. Thanks!

After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.

I came in with a car picked out and money in hand, ready to buy. Easy commission for anyone, but instead she looked out for me and helped me find a better, more reliable, and cheaper car. 10/10

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

Love our new car, but wasn’t told the CD player didn’t work .( info was not listed anywhere ) After purchasing the car we contacted them and were told they would not fix it. So my advice is shop there, but check everything carefully and ask questions.

I purchased my new Mercedes A220 4Matic in May of this year at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Natick, Mass. And I totally love it! The interior and exterior are spot on! The dealership experience was fantastic!

I just bought this 2008 Mercedes Benz CLK350 Cabriolet at an auction here in Canada last year and knew it had to have a bit of work done. So I found an excellent mechanical shop and they went over it from bumper to bumper. I put high end Michelin tires on it and it is the most comfortable best handling car I’ve ever owned. The stereo is concert ready unbelievable sound, especially when I have a cd in the six cd stacker. Love the rain sensitive windshield and the great gas mileage. I’ve been on three fairly long trips approximately 3000 kms each and the car handled really well and ran extremely smoothly. I did put high end synthetic German made oil in it and it made a huge difference in the performance of the engine. It has 175000 klm on her or 100000 miles still lots of life in her. Bottom line after all was said and done i ended up paying around $12000. ,Which included a full detail of the car, Canadian dollars which is about a $5000. In savings up here. Don’t forget my friendly neighbours the Canadian dollars is worth approximately 35 to 40% less than the American dollar.

Rate them 11/10. These guys really went above and beyond to make my dream car affordable for me. In the process of finalizing everything, I asked if they recommended anyone for window tinting for the front windows. They said they could take it to have it done for me, and in a matter of minutes it was taken care of. I’m very impressed by their genuine nature and willingness to help. They made the stressful process of buying a car seamless. Will absolutely use them in the future and recommend to everyone I know. Could not be happier!

Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

Randy is not only an outstanding person he really will go the extra mile to ensure you are completely happy. We flew in to look at a car and even though we did not end up buying the car came in on his personal day off to greet us and show us the car.
