Smoothest and most professional car buying experience I have had over the years. The dealership was transparent as to the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. The sales person made it clear she was not paid on commission and so I knew her input was not motivated to sell me a higher priced vehicle for her self interest. The sales person was a true professional from the very beginning.

I have a 2019 GLE 43 AMG version. At roughly 45,000 miles, the car started making an intermittent rubbing sound when shifting through 1-3 gears under a slight load. Took it to the dealership. They hear the noise but cannot locate it. Power train Engineering is involved but simply said they knew of no issues. The problem has not been resolved. Has anyone else had a similar issue??

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

I bought a 2017 GLE AMG 43 coupe used in October of 2024 with 106,091 miles. First thing I did was replace all brakes, rotors, and tires. Even though I’ve had the vehicle for a few months, I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Drove it from Michigan to South Carolina and Georgia, drove wonderfully. It was my dream car to purchase and prayerfully I hope to reach 300,000 miles in this vehicle. I just love this body style much better than the newer GLE AMG 53 coupe. The growl and cold cranks is what got me along with burps when in sport plus 🤤🤤🤤🤤 my first B3 oil change is coming up soon. I have to say I love how Mercedes has stepped up there game because my previous Mercedes C300 luxury use to always have a tire pressure light on. It use to drive me insane. I hate having any type of orange lights on my dash lol.

I trust the service department. They have always been fair to me and provided quality work within the estimated cost and time frame. I like that they have a computer database of my past service visits and what is coming up.

Austin Ellenberg helped us find the exact Buick Enclave that we wanted. He was very nice to work with and patiently helped us understand all the new features on the 2025 car. His explanations of everything were excellent, and we appreciate his offer to talk with us again about any new questions that we come up with. We also appreciate that he had a new battery installed before we took possession of the car, since the previous extreme cold temperatures had run down the battery while the car was on the lot.

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

Fine dealership with excellent and professional sales and auxilary staff. My overall joy of pruchase was diminished by a timely bank wire transfer but was in no way shape or form a result of incompetance at MB of Littleton.

Very happy with my purchase from RBM Alpharetta. The car has a very comfortable interior with all the features available. Handles well in town and on long drives. Good acceleration for such a big vehicle. Love the contemporary exterior.

My favorite car of all time! I bought the GLK 250 12 years ago & have just under 50 thousand miles, (I'm 76 & retired). Engine / transmission combo is superb as is the mileage. Comfortable & durable interior with plenty of room for "stuff". Tows small trailers easily. Great steering feel & braking. Excellent handling for an SUV. Run-flat tires not conducive to a "luxury" ride on rough surfaces. Built like a tank...I hit an elk near Grand Canyon (which cost 16K to fix), yet I drove over 2000 miles back to the east coast with no problems. A few recalls which were quickly repaired free. M.B. routine service is quite expensive though. Only one unscheduled service, a split in a turbo feed hose... the part was $350. DUH. I'm sure the car will outlast me.

I like the car. I really appreciate the sale person Something make me not happy is behind a small bumper. It keep coming off. It has a manufacture problem or I don't know what happened every time it comes off. So I did visit to Infinity dealer to explain what's going on. So I don't know what they did but they fix it. Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

For my recent service appointment, I was impressed with the excellent communication throughout the process using text messages. Nick was on top of everything from the moment I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Getting a loaner vehicle was quick and easy. After the inspection, I was able to review the recommendations and costs and then approve the services I wanted. The service was completed sooner than I anticipated, and pick-up was a breeze. Although this car is not my everyday car (for that I kept my Toyota Corolla), it is definitely perfect for pleasure! Drop the top and take off. It is definitely luxury. It was very low mileage for a 2007, but very clean -- almost new -- and beautiful! It rides beautifully. Hugs the road and you cannot feel bumps -- so smooth! It does have a lot of power, though, so not for the faint of heart or the youngsters! The sound system is fabulous, too. Have been enjoying driving this more than I could have ever imagined. Cannot imagine ever getting rid of this car -- just wish I would have found it sooner! Actually pretty comfortable, too. Love the dual climate controls and the messaging seats. We are going to be driving it from Virginia to Iowa to visit my family soon and looking forward to the fun and frolic with this little beauty!

Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

I am very pleased with the routine maintenance service from AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe in Centennial. They mail coupons which also appear on the AutoNation Subaru website and in the MySubaru App for very reasonably priced dealer service. I had my oil + filter change and tire rotation done in just about an hour while I waited. Their waiting room is comfortable with big-screen TV, bathrooms very clean, and I had free coffee. My advisor kept me updated on their progress through text messages and photos. I also spent some time checking out new Subarus on their lot.

This is a fun car to drive. Has a nice throaty growl to the exhaust. Tons of power and great handling. Drives like a sports car but has the size of a mini SUV.

Outstanding customer service / warranty service / repair service. Steve, Kevin, and the technicians came through again with a warranty repair in record time. I am very glad I bought an extended warranty to match my lease term, but it would be nothing without the service team here at AutoNation Jeep in Golden. A steering part failed on I25, and we experienced significant ?death wobble? (IYKYK). Steve responded to my text immediately and I went in two days later (my schedule). The whole repair was done in less than 3 hours, and I was on my way. The service department here continues to earn my loyalty each and every time I come in. They are fast, friendly, professional, and demonstrate a genuine concern for me and my Wrangler. Good customer service and good vehicle repair service are hard to find. Both are top tier at this location. Again, it is worth the half-hour drive from our house and more. Thank you from a very satisfied customer!
