Went just to browse the lot, was met by salesperson Cindy, had no intention on buying at that time. She showed me options from the information I gave her within my price range. She was very personable and attentive, she was assisted by Michael who also was very knowledgeable about the inventory. I ended up going with a Volkswagen Tiguan, found a Taos for my fiancé, and my brother ended up buying a Ranger. The entire staff made us feel like family; from Steven and another I forgot his name in service, to Lynette in finance, Brice, the wonderful lady that located my fiancée’s vehicle (forgot her name also), and of course Cindy and Michael. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle there as well, after about 5 years with my Tiguan, and recommending them to anyone that I can who needs a car! The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Our experience at Smart Luxury Motors could not have been better! Our salesperson, Linda, is knowledgeable, personable and very patient! Took me months to decide on a vehicle because I didn’t want to commit to a big car payment. She never pressured us and we ended up with a beautiful vehicle at a great price! This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.
