I ended up purchasing the 2014 Prius C from North Imports that was featured on Cars.com. The two sales people I worked with, Serge and Russ, were knowledgeable and considerate, responding in a timely fashion whenever I communicated but was unable to connect live. Russ took the lead and informed me of the circumstances under which the used car had been purchased by the dealership and what I could expect if I purchased it, being honest enough to tell me what would be covered by the purchase and what wouldn't. It’s a really good looking car especially in the pearl beige metallic Color and with the golden interior. Its seats are very comfortable and stylish. Only issues are that the car has problems here and there but that’s expected for a car that’s 12 years old. It’s a great starter luxury car!

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

Great response in getting back to in a timely fashion. I liked the sales staff. If they didn’t have an answer to a question they found it real fast and answered the question.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

This is an update. I have had the car for nearly a year now and it's excellent! I bought it was $256,000 MI, replace the suspension, didn't oil change, and started using Chevron premium gas which took care of the catalytic converter light. Handles like new with four new tires. I also did a transmission fluid and filter change. Lots of power and at 60 MPH I get almost 20 miles per gallon. Not bad for the v8!

Got my 2015 gla in 2016. Drove it from NJ to DC every week even in the middle of a blizzard.. I feel like it has a more agile power steering. It can fit it anywhere. The ride is smooth and quiet. It’s now 2025, what do you think? I got the mountain grey color. It still shines like new!

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. It was perfect: very low miles, white exterior and beige interior AND a great price. Although this car is not my everyday car (for that I kept my Toyota Corolla), it is definitely perfect for pleasure! Drop the top and take off. It is definitely luxury. It was very low mileage for a 2007, but very clean -- almost new -- and beautiful! It rides beautifully. Hugs the road and you cannot feel bumps -- so smooth! It does have a lot of power, though, so not for the faint of heart or the youngsters! The sound system is fabulous, too. Have been enjoying driving this more than I could have ever imagined. Cannot imagine ever getting rid of this car -- just wish I would have found it sooner! Actually pretty comfortable, too. Love the dual climate controls and the messaging seats. We are going to be driving it from Virginia to Iowa to visit my family soon and looking forward to the fun and frolic with this little beauty!

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

I had been searching for months across the country for a used Lincoln Navigator with not successful results. Mpls Motorcars showed up in May with a Nav but photos weren’t available yet. I emailed Sam, the owner. He promptly replied with some photos. After a couple more emails, I went to his business. I was so pleased to see this beautiful machine as he described it. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Sam and he is a very professional and personable man. I believe he is honest and gives his customers a fair deal. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend Sam if you’re looking for a good used vehicle. If I am looking for another vehicle in the future, I definitely will do business with Sam.

Got a 2012 250 Sport and I knew I was going to put $$$ into it. Nothing earth shattering but I was the 4th owner and if you look at ANY USED Euro-car owned in America- these cars many times are not taken care of, wrong oil, wrong octane. The parts for this car are not that expensive and if you find a good mechanic that is not a $$$$$$ Dealership TECHNICIAN BUT that said- it is a smart idea to take it to a dealership and pay the money for a complete inspection. if the seller will allow it,..., if not- move on unless you love surprise after surprise. I am almost finished with mine, got it for $8000, put in $4000 into fixing codes, brakes, oil cooling system, and a rear SAM module that went bad only because someone did a poor repair and I tell anyone,...., KNOW YOUR ENEMY!(your Benz of course! LOL!) If you do the maintenance and you have your car in good repair, you will not have that much problem and will enjoy this road monster for YEARS. I get 25 to 30+ MPG easily around town and if straight Hwy driving- 35mpg+ on ECONO-Mode and it always turns heads. The dark Cobalt Blue is a Mercedes Iconic color and the 2012 was a turning point to where they are pretty highly looked for, just look at the coupes in the early 2000s and you'll see why. But the style of this coupe is found in every Mercedes after, no matter the model coupe. I plan to keep it for years, I take care of issues when they happen- you cannot afford to let one thing after another add up- if you do you'll wish you bought a VW BUG and that goes for almost any fine Euro-Automobile. Just make sure it is a Stuttgart car- it's on the VIN badge in the door well. If you enjoy a tight, controlled (hardly if any over steering), smooth cruising coupe, this is your car and at the price of High test, the 30+mpg is a good thing. the front tires are sized smaller than the rear, I would recommend uni-directional- only way to go! Once you hit the RPM stages and the Turbo picks up, you just fall into a great dream- no one who has ridden in my car wants to get out! LOL!!!! Seats are still like new firm after 14 years, Interior wood-like panels are in-expensive and very easy to replace as well. The steering is SOLID- you feel like you can drive anywhere on any surface, and the sound system is superb. 5disc CD and all the other perks that a car a lot more would cost,..., this one has. Tires can be crazy $$$$ but shop online- there are great online companies that will beat out your local tire places, I got the set of 4 for this 250C online for $238 delivered to my mechanic with Free Shipping just 6 weeks ago- May2024! So shop around on everything- with a good mechanic you can afford a great iconic German car too! Be good!

John was very accommodating throughout the whole process. Had no problem with me taking the car to be checked out by a mechanic, and just wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my purchase. Gave me more for my trade-in than other dealers were offering, and worked with me on the final price. Would definitely buy from him again!
