This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

My service from Andy Sayers at RBM of Alpharetta was excellent -- and continues to be after the purchase. We visited a few other Mercedes dealerships first before meeting Andy at RBM of Alpharetta; there was no comparison. What else can I say about a true race car? With a redesigned engine, the most powerful four-cylinder on the planet. Unique styling inside and out. How this car grips the road! With an updated power plant at your feet? The exhilaration is hard to describe. The amount of control you feel in this car has to be experienced; you cannot describe it in words. I know there are many reliable, fun automobiles out there, but there is just something special about the racing line of Mercedes-Benz. Especially this car. Again, the M139 engine was developed in 2019, following AMG's "one man, one engine" philosophy. When you sit in the cabin, you are in a capsule. With more power than you know what to do with, but you do it. It grips to save your a**, and you are reborn.

After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. Much appreciated!

Wonderful experience. I did a fly-n-drive. Bought the car sight unseen and everything came together without a problem. The staff was helpful and efficient.

My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

Great experience, Robert (Service Advisor) did a great job taking me in without an appointment. I had already purchased a MB switch cluster to install on my left side of the steering wheel. He got it in the shop immediately and had it complete within a couple hours.

my service representative was very professional and courteous. i have been using this location for 4 years snd the service and experience is always very good. my only complaint is the fact that they charge a 3% of total cost if you use a credit card.

Great customer service. No pressure to buy. The saleas room and staff made you feel as if you were at home. The sales man made sure you knew what was going on every step of the way through the car buying process.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.
