I had purchased a new rims and tires for my BMW, which I actually purchased from Automation. The rims were installed but would have fallen off in no time. When I stopped by, Paul practically finished what he was doing and went over to diagnosed what I had told him. He got in the car and took a test drive. Upon his return, he was able to reinstall my rims correctly with great confidence/skill. One of the nuts had already fallen off the rear wheel. He warned that all the wheels would have fallen off as I drove back home. Thanks for not letting me drive back home. You saved me a lot. Thanks a million, Paul!! Tarnue

I bought my 2003 mb SL500 in 2023 with 30,000 original miles. It runs excellent has a bullet proof engine and design will always be IN vogue cuz of its sleek design. I got all the previous repair receipts from original owner which is great to know the history. As with any 21 yr old car there may be repairs. I have a great MB independent repair shop called Star Motors in Gainesville Fl who really knows these cars and they fix them right and for less than a dealer. Sure thing’s can go wrong and I have found repairs about 25% more than Honda or Toyota. One has to factor in repairs no matter what. I like the 5.0 engine and one thing is they last! They ride so smooth on the wide tires on the highways and there tight steering. Bose sound system still working great afte all these years. Buy one have it inspected if your worried. There in my view great cars. Depreciated a lot since new at $100,000 out the door. So paying 15k to 20k is a bargain. You’ll love it!

What can I say ? The service was great. Not just the sale but after the sale too. Matt honored his word and, along with Scotty and others, gave Fantastic service. In the "auto world" you hear of a lot of things that can go wrong. Simply put - I trust these guys and I am back to buy again. This is a place, along with staff, you can trust.

The best looking Mercedes coupe to this day. Mine has been very reliable and inexpensive to own. I've owned both the CL600 and the CL500. I feel like the CL500 is a bit better overall. It's lighter and that makes a difference. The interior and options are all you could ask for. Driving this car makes you feel special.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. I am an Auto Dealer in So.Oregon and the Mrs. has had hers since 2008 with 20k miles on it. I regularly do my own maint. on the Beast such as Plugs , Air filters, Cabin Air filters, ect...... There is misconception about Expensive Repairs on them, Just like every relationship you must maintain them otherwise they will cost You dearly. Parts are just as comparable to any import. Our MBZ 450GL has almost 200k only thing I had to do and that is Today replace Water Pump and a couple window switches keep coming off but truly a sound vehicle all & all.

Today I picked my car up from the Lexus dealerships for routine major maintenance service. Nothing serious; routine fluid change...transmission fluid, transfer case, engine coolant, rear differential. And tire rotation. I have driven this car since April 2020. I bought this wagon used with 95k miles, love everything about this vehicle except when some things go wrong or breaks. It's the small electronic parts, or seat switches that get you. I think about selling it because I have too many vehicles, then I drive it, and can't get ride of it. It is a beautiful classy gliding machine!

Although this car is not my everyday car (for that I kept my Toyota Corolla), it is definitely perfect for pleasure! Drop the top and take off. It is definitely luxury. It was very low mileage for a 2007, but very clean -- almost new -- and beautiful! It rides beautifully. Hugs the road and you cannot feel bumps -- so smooth! It does have a lot of power, though, so not for the faint of heart or the youngsters! The sound system is fabulous, too. Have been enjoying driving this more than I could have ever imagined. Cannot imagine ever getting rid of this car -- just wish I would have found it sooner! Actually pretty comfortable, too. Love the dual climate controls and the messaging seats. We are going to be driving it from Virginia to Iowa to visit my family soon and looking forward to the fun and frolic with this little beauty!

This is my 3rd Benz. It is my favorite of them all. 1st was an e-class sedan, very nice, 2nd was e-class convertible, now the suv. I am a big guy 6-2, 280 and I have plenty of room. I have have not had one problem at all. It is very roomy, even for me. It has very good power, especially for the size and weight..over 4600 lbs. That also makes me feel very safe. And when I go on the Highway from DC to NY I always get over 23 mpg!!

I came in at 530 they close at 6 as I was unaware. yet unbegrudgingly My salesman Devin stayed until 930 and I drove home that night in a new car. its very refreshing to meet people who treat their customers so well this is my third Mercedes but first time purchasing at Feldman's but henceforth will be the only dealership in MN that I will do business withy for the forceable future as well as recommend them and my salesman Devin to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

I am still driving this car after 11 years. I spent about $2200 on average per year to fix or replace this thing. Still drives good, far more expensive that I would like it to be.
