I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

I came in at 530 they close at 6 as I was unaware. yet unbegrudgingly My salesman Devin stayed until 930 and I drove home that night in a new car. its very refreshing to meet people who treat their customers so well this is my third Mercedes but first time purchasing at Feldman's but henceforth will be the only dealership in MN that I will do business withy for the forceable future as well as recommend them and my salesman Devin to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

Bought it used 7years ago. now 200k miles still going strong. love the car!! I owe sprinter with same motor and 600k+miles on it. If you maintain them- they will last for ever.

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. It was perfect: very low miles, white exterior and beige interior AND a great price. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and they have amazing customer service, sales and service. Diane, Vince, Alex, Betsy in sales, and Monte, Chris, Tong in service - unbeatable. Rovers are an amazing ride but often need a little TLC - this dealership makes owning a Rover worth. it !!!

Nolan’s was the best great working with him . Owner also came and talked with us. Great place. Finance department was very slow waited at leas one hour to get in.
