I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

Just wrapped my 2nd purchase with RBM. Eric Koenigsberg was, once again, a pure delight. Eric is a walking historical encyclopedia of both the MB brand and all the steps necessary to purchase/lease a car from MB. The entire experience from the moment I walked in the door to the red bow on top at signing, every detail was considered and my expectations exceeded. RBM and Eric have a lifetime customer in me!

Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

Jacques was an absolute pleasure to work with. Coming into the day we test drove at Webb Hyundai Merrillville, we were leaning towards a luxury mid-size with BMW and Infiniti at the top of our list, and we closed out the day by driving home in a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Jacques was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, not too pushy but also stayed on us once he saw our interest increasing. Much of the reason why we ended up choosing the Palisade Calligraphy was due to his approach, as the many the dealerships we went to within our test-drives did not provide a good experience. It also helped that the dealership itself was nice with responsive parts and service employees, free car washes, and a comfortable service area given how long it can sometimes take getting your car serviced at a dealership. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.
