I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I called Ray Catena and was able to find the best deal possible with the lowest monthly payment possible. Jack gave me additional 100 miles for free to make up for the travel time. I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

We found ourselves looking for a car in a very buyer unfriendly environment. After several discouraging experiences at other dealerships (including our previous Mercedes dealer) Ray Catena of Freehold was a refreshing experience. When we showed up our salesman John Farrell was ready for us with the vehicle we were interested in. The Manger Leigh stopped by to say hello and I was promptly connected with a representative to take me on a test drive. John was incredibly considerate of our time. Rather than sitting to wait and keeping us hostage at the dealership, he ran the numbers and called me later. We quickly agreed on a price and 24 hours later he delivered the vehicle to our house. In total I spent no more than 90 minutes driving, negotiating the agreement, and signing paperwork This is the most pleasant and easy experience we had buying a car and we have been working with Mercedes Benz for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend this dealership or John Farrell or Leigh Farrell more highly.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

Owning this car, and drives like rocket with F1 turbo tech and 4CYL. Engine difference is just surprising. Love the steering and looking forward to upgrade to 21' rims and apply upgrades.

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.
