I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Have bought 4 cars since 2015 from covert cadillac. Its nice to see the same faces there everytime. Great experience everytime. Its possibly the best EV sedan in its class. Very fast and comfortable. Depending on your driving habits, it gets over 360 miles on a single charge.

I traded a '19 Z06 straight up for a new '21 GLA 45 AMG. Rather than standing out in a crowd, I wanted a sleeper that was also more functional and actually had traction. The GLA is a 5-tool player. It does everything well. Quiet, solid, comfy, able to haul stuff, and fast. Decent fuel economy, but not as good as my 650 HP Corvette, oddly enough. The car hasn't had a single flaw or glitch in 28 months and 4,700 miles. Tenacious grip, violent acceleration in Race Start, good brakes. The owner's manual, as thick as it is, offers little help figuring things out. As complex as the controls are, the manual isn't intuitive or helpful. Probably the most fun was lining up next to a Hellcat Charger at a light, engaging Race Start, having the Charger guy laugh at me, the light changing, and shocking him by soundly beating him to 50 mph. He wouldn't make eye contact. The GLA 45 AMG is the ultimate sleeper. Mine stickered for just under $70k, which is the cheapest of my last 3 cars. Still, it's not an outstanding value. My GLA doesn't stand out parked next to a Ford Escape or Maxda CX-50, which are half the price, but that's okay. Sleeper!

Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine. They are not just polite or professional, they look for real world solutions for real world issues and are 100% human through it all. They do not candy coat or placate they solve, they find, they create. They work as a team to really help and I have not met one person here who deviates from that standard. Inspiring!

From intake through waiting experience to delivery of vehicle post service, an amazingly great experience. Erik, Service Lane Manager was awesome! My service advisor, Zack, kept me informed and answered questions during the service process. The walkthrough video of the multipoint inspection of my car was very well done! All in all, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! This is my sixth visit to Austin Subaru since moving here and this one was stellar! Was able to apply points (from previous service visits) to my total. Saved $50! Only an oil change and tire rotation, but was out in less than an hour!

Tom and everyone i had contact with,Were very friendly to me and kind .I thought that I receive the opposite because I was bringing in a old Mercedes E500 that didn't look the greatest. But it was special to me. It was my wife's car that passed away 5 years ago. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I have experienced his amazing customer service Now with my second purchase, and he went above and beyond for me! I really appreciated it so much! I will always go to Tony, for any future car purchase. I also want to give a big shout out to his assistant “Andrea Jewell” she was so great and helpful and communicated well. This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.
