It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

this has been and still is my dream car ( bought it in 2020) and i am going to keep this beauty forever, the night vision, all glass moon roof, massage seats, hot & cold, park assit, huge back seats, wood steering wheel, air rise or sport mode air bags, i have a hitch and used to pull 2 fast motorcycles like nothing, the power, i have drove it to Mexico about 20 times maybe more, Vegas, LA and never felt ANY kind of discomfort! i bet i can drive to NY and be way more comfy than an airplain! if you are thinking of getting this beautiful car DO NOT HESITATE! you wont want another.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I acquired a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4Matic from a dealership located in Chesterfield, MO. Initially, the vehicle was delivered without a temporary number plate; however, I contacted Mr. Drew, and they promptly dispatched the temporary plates via FedEx overnight. In addition to providing the plates, they also assured reimbursement of the shipping expenses as a gesture of customer appreciation. I sincerely valued their considerate gesture. Initially, I was pretty frustrated due to the absence of temporary plates and a low feedback rating. Still, I subsequently recognized the extensive efforts made by the dealership, which prompted me to revise my feedback.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).
