After purchase, some items were corrected quickly at a convenient (for me) time. Atmosphere, sales, and service facilities are clean and very pleasant to wait in while business ia addressed. MBZ S-class always 5 ***** vehicle. The most luxurious , comfortable, car I ever drove . I highly recommend it . My old Mercedes S-class has 200,000 miles and not a single problem.

Sprinter Dan lives up to the name! We had very specific requirements since the Sprinter 170 would turn into our full time home once it was built out. Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

this has been and still is my dream car ( bought it in 2020) and i am going to keep this beauty forever, the night vision, all glass moon roof, massage seats, hot & cold, park assit, huge back seats, wood steering wheel, air rise or sport mode air bags, i have a hitch and used to pull 2 fast motorcycles like nothing, the power, i have drove it to Mexico about 20 times maybe more, Vegas, LA and never felt ANY kind of discomfort! i bet i can drive to NY and be way more comfy than an airplain! if you are thinking of getting this beautiful car DO NOT HESITATE! you wont want another.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I bought this wagon used with 95k miles, love everything about this vehicle except when some things go wrong or breaks. It's the small electronic parts, or seat switches that get you. I think about selling it because I have too many vehicles, then I drive it, and can't get ride of it. It is a beautiful classy gliding machine!

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Tyler advised a Transmission Fluid and filter change in our 2016 Tucson SUV at 75,000 miles to eliminate a slight shudder. We thank him for his knowledge and insight.
