After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Marietta. I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Taylor, who ensured that every detail of the service was meticulously accounted for and completed successfully. Nicholas was incredibly thorough and professional, making the entire experience seamless and worry-free. His dedication to providing top-notch service truly stood out, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge his efforts.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Jason Friedman did an excellent job moving me from my Lexus into my new Mercedes. His knowledge and information was outstanding. I came in just to look and wound up getting a hybrid plug-in which I now love driving. My entire driving experience has changed for the better!

Although the transmission is not the smoothest, and the ride can be a little rough, it’s a great car that has a lot of great features. Best in class and great styling

Great experience, Robert (Service Advisor) did a great job taking me in without an appointment. I had already purchased a MB switch cluster to install on my left side of the steering wheel. He got it in the shop immediately and had it complete within a couple hours.
