The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Dusty was great! He worked hard to make sure my warranty was honored and that my service was completed with care. Dusty also listened very carefully to my concerns and allowed me to speak without talking over me. He addressed all of my concerns and checked on things he did not know the answer to instead of brushing me off.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. Much appreciated!

Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.
