The entire process from Mohit, the very professional sales consultant, down to the used car appraisal, to delivery was much easier than at other dealers. My wife, who hates the entire process, felt very at ease throughout the time we spent there( which was less than 2 1/2 hours total). This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

When my windshield was cracked by a rock on my new 2022 S580 no one could find a replacement. "Backordered" "No ETA" "Nowhere to be found." "Sorry, can't help you." Over and over until I went to the dealership where I bought the car and the Parts Manager, Joe Singer, literally went the extra mile. He not only found the windshield at a dealership in Maryland but sent someone to get it right away. That's customer service. Actually, everyone there was great. My salesman, Phil Polite, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with as is my service adviser, Darius DeQuesnay. Thrilled to find exceptional customer service in a world where mediocrity is the norm.

We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

So excited I found these guys! I went to so many places and just waisted my time! I was surprised how many decent vehicles they had in my price range which was only 3-4k. The cars are clean, have some minor things to work on but I expected that from a used car. They’re very straightforward, soo easy to talk to! I’ve got my chevy cruise from them but my daughter will need a car soon so I’m planning to come back again to exactly this place to save my time and energy and buy something right away without going to 100 scatchy places that mark up prices for nothing. I purchased my MB certified 2019 GLE400 two years ago and have driven 30K miles with no issues. I have owned several SUVs - Audi & Toyota Landcruisers; the 400 is by far the best. Very comfortable ride, excellent handling, acceleration, smooth braking & quiet. 17-18 around town; 25-27 highway. It takes a learning curve for the entertainment center but afterwards very easy. Above all - I feel safe driving my family. MB for life!!
