I drove all the way from Charlotte, NC to buy a beautiful Alpine White BMW 328d touring M-Sport. These guys already had the car on ready for my test drive when I got there. It was missing the floor mats and I was ok with it but they offered to ship me some new OEM rubber ones! I work with dealerships for a living, these guys have hands down some of the best customer service I’ve seen. They also worked with my local FCU even though they’re not in PA. Thanks guys!

My favorite car of all time! I bought the GLK 250 12 years ago & have just under 50 thousand miles, (I'm 76 & retired). Engine / transmission combo is superb as is the mileage. Comfortable & durable interior with plenty of room for "stuff". Tows small trailers easily. Great steering feel & braking. Excellent handling for an SUV. Run-flat tires not conducive to a "luxury" ride on rough surfaces. Built like a tank...I hit an elk near Grand Canyon (which cost 16K to fix), yet I drove over 2000 miles back to the east coast with no problems. A few recalls which were quickly repaired free. M.B. routine service is quite expensive though. Only one unscheduled service, a split in a turbo feed hose... the part was $350. DUH. I'm sure the car will outlast me.

The service was quick, efficient and organized. Sefik was our dealer who reviewed all paperwork and considerate of our time. We would return when looking for our next car.

I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

This has been by far the best car I’ve owned. I use Yokahama Avid Ascend tires and have been able to travel in any weather in this car. I had a tire blow out (after 76k miles) and the car never wavered once!! During an extremely busy year I kept forgetting or not being able to take it in for service and went 40k miles over the oil change, that was 100k mikes ago and it’s still running great!! In addition to the comfort and sporty look, it’s fast, fun and easy to drive. The only downfall being the expense of services and repairs, which is to be expected out of a quality, import car. I’ve been able to do a lot of the work outside of the dealerships and found that Ebay, FCP Euro and Rock Auto have had anything I’ve needed for repairs and services. I would recommend this car hands down to anyone, any time.

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

I am blown away by the customer service at I-Deal Cars. Alan was so attentive and patient with me, as I know nothing about cars. He guided me toward a safe car for my teenager and made sure that everything was right. When there was an issue with the car, he addressed it and fixed it free of charge.

It runs very smoothly! Still learning about all the new features, loved that it has auto windshield wipers! Very sporty and sleek. Love my light gray leather interior.

I live 100 miles away. Mike was so awesome to work with through texting and figuring out payments. Definitely will be looking forward to doing business with him. Unfortunately, we decided not to buy at this time due to unfortunate circumstances. But when we do, we will be asking for Mike!

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

I have a SLK230 since 1999. Drove it from WA state to California on Highway 1 multiple times. I also drive it every weekend for trips to nearby towns and during the week to get a coffee. It is a great little car with a bit odd engine sound, but it has been going on without an issue forever.

We rented one of these while in Iceland on a camping trip. It was tricked out as a camper van... what a great idea! We also got to drive one built into a Winnebago full on class C camper. Both were enjoyable but the styling and look is kinda boring. The front seats are quite short in the bottom and we're very uncomfortable on a long haul. The radio and dash were archaic and there wasn't enough plugs to keep everything charged. A lot can be improved in styling and comfort and ergonomics but these can be overlooked once you experience the power and great gas mileage.

Adam was extremely helpful when I went to test drive the 2013 Rav 4 Later that day I had gotten the funds together and made the first down payment on the car I am quite pleased the current quality of the car and I look forward to fully owning it once it's paid off. The next time I visit whenever that will be I'll personally thank them without them I think my old 2001 would have fallen apart on me on the road eventually. To be honest, my old 2001 didn't feel as rough as they said, I thought that was just how it normally ran aside from the backfire and slight hesitation, the Ravs when they get old can be a little quirky so I was expecting that, to me that was a normal. But I am happy with the new-ISH Rav nowand my life is made So much easier. Honestly: It runs really well, No major damage at all, you could have sold me on that car simply on saying "Hey the inner lights are Azure Blue." THAT was some immediate brownie points to getting the car after I figured that out. Love it.

I bought a 07 CLK 63 AMG about a year and a half ago and never had so much fun in a car since a 62 Shelby Cobra! The CLK is very well appointed and it looks a bit of a sleeper but it does not when you wick it up. I have a Dragy and use it to do 0-60, 1/4 mile and Speed mile. I am getting better at driving this car as times will show. If you are looking for one of these you will have your work cut out. I took me 6 mon. and nation wide search. I found a perfect one with 22K. Love it.

Bought this little Gem off of a friend of mine, It has 100,000 miles on it but you wouldn't know it! Drives and handles like a dream, has plenty of power the supercharger works well very impressive!!!!! Never had a Mercedes before but would not hesitate to buy another one. this little roadster is just too much fun!!! :)

I NEEDED A CAR…I WENT ON AUTOTRADER AND FOUND A CAR I THOUGHT I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN AT CAR NATION…I CALLED AND WENT DOWN TO MEET MIKE…MY PRIMARY CONTACT AT CAR NATION…AND TO TAKE IT ON A TEST DRIVE…I LIKED IT…I ASKED MIKE IF I COULD TAKE IT TO MY MECHANICS… WHOM I HAVE BEEN RELYING ON TO FIX MY CARS’ ISSUES OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF DECADES… TO HAVE THEM TAKE A LOOK AT IT…THE ANSWER WAS, “YES”…I PUT A SMALL DOWN PAYMENT ON THE VEHICLE TO SHOW MY GOOD FAITH…ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT ASKED TO DO SO…THE NEXT DAY I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANICS…THEY FOUND A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE CAR…BUT NO DEAL BREAKERS…AND I ASKED THEM TO WRITE THEM DOWN…AND THEY DID…AND I WENT BACK TO CAR NATION AND SHOWED THEM WHAT MY MECHANICS FOUND…CAR NATION SAID THAT IF I STILL WANTED THE CAR…THEY WOULD FIX THE ISSUES AND I COULD PICK UP THE CAR AND TAKE IT HOME WITH ME THE NEXT DAY. THAT WAS FINE WITH ME. THE NEXT DAY…MIKE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY…I WANTED HIM TO CALL ME BEFORE I CAME DOWN BECAUSE I LIVE 60 MILES AWAY… WHEN I GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY…IT TURNED OUT THAT ONE OF THIER MECHANICS…CHRIS…WHO WORKED ON MY CAR THE PREVIOUS DAY… HAD A FEW EXTRA MINUTES ON HIS HANDS…SO HE TOOK ME ASIDE AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT HE DID TO THE CAR FOR ME…AND SHOWED ME PICTURES…ON HIS CELL PHONE… OF WHAT MY MECHANICS COULD NOT SEE…THE NOT VISIBLE PARTS THAT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS THAT MY MECHANICS COULD SEE…THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES…SO TO SPEAK… I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THAT… IF THAT WAS NOT “BEING TRANSPARENT,” THEN I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE PHRASE. I have a bit over 100K miles now on my C300, had a few repairs, but overall, a comfortable and fine car for driving around town and travel.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I had been looking for a pickup and found one on their site. Since I am over 200 miles away, I called to verify if it was there and the details of the truck. I spoke to Joey, he was very polite and answered all my questions. The next day I drove the 200 plus miles, once there everybody was very courteous, Joey showed me the truck and it was exactly as stated on the site. Joey was very personable, no pressure, and was very professional. I bought the truck and drove it over 200 miles back home, it drove very nice. I just purchased a mini van and the transaction went very well. I worked with Donnie who sold me my prvious car which I used for a trade in. Worked with me on the price as doc fees and other state fees were much higher than 4 years ago and my trade in had tires that would not pass MD inspection. The staff is very helpful and I love that they are rather laid back and not pushy in selling. Very happy with my purchase and will probably purchase from them again in the future. They are definitly A+.

I bought my 2007 SLK 280 used in 2022. I had it inspected and knew ahead of time I was going to have to put another $5k into it to make it right and how I wanted. So far I’m very happy with the car and am glad I spent the money. Great combination of being sporty, luxurious and roomy. I initially was considering buying a used Porsche Boxster but I’m 6’4” and it was too cramped and the interior looked and felt cheap to me. My SLK just looks and feels very high quality and it is so much fun to drive. I put in an upgraded radio with touch screen, usb, CarPlay etc. made in China that was made to match the existing accessories (highly recommend). The car is in such good condition people think it’s new. I’m always looking for excuses to drive it and can’t wait to get in it. It has a top speed of 155. I have had it up to 130 and it’s solid as a rock. The Germans make their cars autobahn ready.

This is a great car, nice handling , nice hieght but many sensors but good 4matic .... The off road capability is awesome that you don't even need to engage the ausxilary which is just a button away on the dash

This car met all my need, 1- comfortable riding 2- the King of the road 3- it has many options 4- cheap parts I drove it cross country from New York to Los Angeles, With no issue.

BEST CAR WHAT WE HAD !!! It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. I'm a big guy, 6'3" and big-boned, with two younger children that require car seats. There is still some room behind me with the seat backed up all of the way. The features and smart key are a nice touch.
