Just picked up my car today. The process went very well. My thanks to Nate, Ed, and the guys for making all things go well and quickly. They answered all my questions and were all very nice to work with.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

Purchased in 2015, nothing is broken except consumables until 2023. It has a bit of a turborek, so it's less driving, but it has an agile driving feeling.

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. If you’re looking to buy or need service, I highly recommend the team over at International Autos.

Have not purchased a vehicle yet, but salesman Prentiss has been more than helpful with my car buying process.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

The quick lube part of hiller is great. They’re very efficient, answered my questions concerning other needed work. They also have a nice clean waiting area

Excellent purchasing experience great repurchase and post purchase follow through by Jake Mooney. The entire staff, but especially Jake made me feel like I was purchasing a new car despite it being secondhand and not a Mercedes. Their new car lineup looked impressive and an overall great operation!

I bought this car brand spanking new with 7 miles in it from Mercedes, during Covid where there was literally none around .. I bought the night package 2021 but I’d was in may I believe of 2020.. regardless, I e never had one issue with this car ever… love it..

ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

I bought the Mercedes e500 for a good deal with 112,000 miles. put a new battery in the back it has power but the engine won’t turn on any idea what it might be?

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. I have had two W124 models, (1989 an 1995) The 1995 (currently own) has just about 300K miles and is solid and a trooper ( even at over 80mph on hwy) daily driver, reliable, has full power -lots of torque and handles beautifully. No major issues, I also have the same model in a 2004 version and, hands down, the 1995 version is superior in all ways. The only downside to owning these older cars is that parts and mechanics for regular maintenance are also becoming rare.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Car is very reliable and have driven it on long trips. in the last few years mostly local driving. Its and expensive car and you really purchase It for its contort and safety. Service has been pretty good i have owned six Mercedes over the years

response was good but as like too many dealerships hte person answering the phone does not know much about the car and has to refer the question and that sometimes takes hours or days. Most of these people seem to be on the spot deal makers but are not really car people. Internet is ok but dealerships should have more consistent and knowledgeable people available. Hard for a customer to get information if it isnt already on the website..

Oh man. What a fun car to drive. I have the cabriolet and it is awesome to drive on a sunny day. Great handling around curves and great acceleration when needed. No noticeable turbo lag of torque steer. Only wish there were more roads around to push the envelope.

Most reviews are often written right after purchase, or within a period of time where the new owner is still in the Honeymoon phase of ownership. I’m writing this as a Lexus customer after 7 years of ownership and over 100k of miles on the NX300 MY2019. The purchase process working with Dale was exceptional on many levels, and have not found any other salesman or dealership that comes close. I visit the showroom occasionally when my NX is in for routine service and I’m always greeted warmly and respectfully. Dale supports the sale throughout ownership by staying “connected” to the sale, meaning he finds solutions to issues, and follows through to completion. The Brookfield Lexus dealership is also 5 star, the showroom is spotless year round, several models on showroom floor all meticulously parked and aligned to the polished tile floor. And have you seen a cleaner customer restroom? These details do matter, and all the support staff, above and below sales have always shown high class on every visit. The 2019 Lexus NX300 F Sport Ultrasonic Blue has been without question the BEST vehicle I’ve ever purchased! You often hear of Lexus reputation regarding quality and I’m writing to say it is true, without question! In 100k mi & 7 years of ownership, not one major or minor repair! The cost of ownership was general maintenance as recommended every 5k or 10k miles. Brakes, Tires and Oil changes, that’s it! I can’t recommend another Brand that even comes close, and I’ve owned several over 45years.

Top notch features, extremely comfortable. Air suspension is a game changer. Higher ride, effortless for road trips. Tech is top notch too, wish it had wireless CarPlay.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

Recently bought a used car with low miles and a good price for my teenage daughter. Employees were helpful and we were very happy with the price of the car.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

Car came as advertised, minus one issue with rusted brakes that we discovered once we got home. Otherwise they were extremely professional and helpful! Any small problems we found were fixed immediately

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.
