I recently had an oil change and inspection done at Jim Ellis Kia. I meet a new serclvice rep Andrew W. He was excellent. Knowledgable, enthusiastic, and focused on customer satisfaction. Addtionally, Montana, the mechanic who worked on my car, took an active interest and came out and spoke with me about my Stinger. My favorite car of all time! I bought the GLK 250 12 years ago & have just under 50 thousand miles, (I'm 76 & retired). Engine / transmission combo is superb as is the mileage. Comfortable & durable interior with plenty of room for "stuff". Tows small trailers easily. Great steering feel & braking. Excellent handling for an SUV. Run-flat tires not conducive to a "luxury" ride on rough surfaces. Built like a tank...I hit an elk near Grand Canyon (which cost 16K to fix), yet I drove over 2000 miles back to the east coast with no problems. A few recalls which were quickly repaired free. M.B. routine service is quite expensive though. Only one unscheduled service, a split in a turbo feed hose... the part was $350. DUH. I'm sure the car will outlast me.

Dealership worked with me to try to make a mistake right. Was told that a van I was planning to buy was AWD. Was planning to buy the van but discovered it was not AWD. They made a deal on another van on the lot that did have AWD.

About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. That simple gesture really stood out and made me feel valued, even before I made a decision. After doing my research, I decided to return to ALM Marietta, and I'm so glad I did! After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM. Acquired my new 2026 AMG CLE53 on October 27, 2025. This vehicle has plenty of technology, sport and luxury. Front seats, heat restraints, and seat extensions are fully powered and are relatively comfortable based on your settings with excellent hot heating and cool ventilation. Performance is outstanding especially in sport+ drive mode with the traction control turned off on clear weather days you will achieve 0-60 in 3.5 seconds with shell or sunoco premiums gas or read car and driver website. There are 64 ambient colors with numbers that can be set by using voice control and calling the ambient number as well as using voice control for the power sun shade, heated front seat levels, climate control and etc. You can even set your individual drive control with exhaust performance sounds. Key fob can even be link to your profile for all your settings with a pin code or your finger print. This vehicle also has adaptive and side cornering head lights. I have the same 20" rims that also come on the GT55 and GT63 coupe that's available on the AMG CLE53. Brakes are short distance excellent and ride is from comfortable to sport tight based on your adjustable shocks settings. Steers straight alignment and great grip Michelin P5 performance tires. I really enjoy, appreciate driving and the overall appearance of my fully optioned AMG CLE53 with no reliability issus. I traded in my 2023 BMW X6 M50i for this AMG CLE53 with no regrets.

The CLE is the Perfect blend of luxury, style and performance. Only negative is premium fuel and higher insurance due to the automobile being a luxury sport coupe.

Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I bought a 2017 GLE AMG 43 coupe used in October of 2024 with 106,091 miles. First thing I did was replace all brakes, rotors, and tires. Even though I’ve had the vehicle for a few months, I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Drove it from Michigan to South Carolina and Georgia, drove wonderfully. It was my dream car to purchase and prayerfully I hope to reach 300,000 miles in this vehicle. I just love this body style much better than the newer GLE AMG 53 coupe. The growl and cold cranks is what got me along with burps when in sport plus 🤤🤤🤤🤤 my first B3 oil change is coming up soon. I have to say I love how Mercedes has stepped up there game because my previous Mercedes C300 luxury use to always have a tire pressure light on. It use to drive me insane. I hate having any type of orange lights on my dash lol.
