I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features

Everything you need you have it in the car. It is what it should be. You will appreciate me for letting it out. Although I know it's too cheap at that price, but I need to let it out so I can leave for UK. I hope to get a good ride when I get there

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

I recently bought a used 2017 Mercedes E400 coupe from Walser. It was my first experience with purchasing a Mercedes and these guys were great. It was a very easy process with no mess. They got me into the car I wanted and were extremely helpful along the way! The service department even gave me a run down of what to expect on maintenance before I purchased! I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Harrison Barnette was very understanding of my unique situation. My home and a vehicle had been destroyed by the November 3rd tornado in OKC. I found a very similar truck online, and Harrison was somehow able to hold the truck even though I had no firm date for delivery due to everything that I was experiencing. Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

Great upgrade from the SLK350. Performance and appointment much superior. Completely different car from suspension for performance. Representation of the car was exactly what was described in ad.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

i am the recent second owner from a family member that purchased new in 2013 and put 47k miles over 9 years. it is a comfortable& powerful. it has an attractive muscular design unlike all its competitors of its age as well as most now. not everyone wants a vehicle that is so similarly rounded as most the others. no wonder MB designed a boxier suv in the GLB. though the GLB is a turbo 4cyl fwd, making it less desirable imo.

Went last weekn, Bo was my salesperson, the energy in the dealership was great, no one is pushy, they make sure to get you approved, and the staff were so great, also a wide variety of vehicles to see, from sport cars - trucks. ended up getting a 370z. Amazing buying experience!

I purchased a Glk350 new in 2011, picking it up in Germany on overseas delivery. I have purchased at least 30 new cars, domestic and foreign, during my 75 years and THIS has been by far the best. I believe MB bult the original with a very specific aim for a premium product, unlike some of the other small vehicles they produce. I still own the car and am reluctant to buy another vehicle because this one has been bulletproof. No squeaks or rattles. 100% reliable for the 85,000 miles driven, with only regular maintenance (and I have performed most of it including oil and filter changes and even spark plugs and igniters). Performed all regular maintenace as scheduled. Comfortable, reasonably quiet, very stable, handles well and fast for a small SUV. Opted for the HK sound system and it is VERY good. Beautiful audiophile sound, no bass ramp up or distortion. Paint is still immaculate even with Florida sun. Interior has held up well with the exception of a tear on the driver's seat for which an OE replacement cover is readily available online. Only possible criticisms: Back seat legroom is not great for large adults, otherwise adequate and comfortable; uses premium fuel and gets about 23 mpg ave for me, but I drive less than 10,000 miles a year, so no issue; and transmission fluid change which was changed on the original schedule to 40,000 miles was somewhat expensive, but I did get a $200 coupon which offset half of it. For a small SUV it handles great and seems built like a tank. Truly like a more modern but small G wagon.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.
