This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

Austin in the service department was great. This was my first time using the service center and they were quick and very communicative. Let me know what was needed today and was was needed at next service. Washed my car and even walked me out to the car so I would know where it was parked

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. Satisfying Experience I went to this dealership on a whim just to get familiar with the different types of cars they had. I knew I wanted my first Mercedes-Benz but I wasn’t sure which class I wanted. There was a lady salesperson I don’t recall her name whom I had a conversation with but she had to leave so she introduced me to Michael Nwachukwu. He was kind and very patient seeing that I had a thousand and one questions I’m sure he would agree. 😊 Michael took me on a test drive and I fell in love with the GLC 300 and that was all it took. The next day I was back wanting to put a deposit down on the car so they would hold it for me. I love how Michael always greeted me by my name when I walked into the dealership as if he had known me for years. Although he didn’t know it that is one of my biggest pet peeve’s for a person to not remember my name so he immediately got a 10 with me. I could go on and on but I’ll just end this with it was the most satisfying experience I had working with Michael and I wish him well and will refer him to any friend I know who wants to buy a car. Very happy with my purchase from RBM Alpharetta. The car has a very comfortable interior with all the features available. Handles well in town and on long drives. Good acceleration for such a big vehicle. Love the contemporary exterior.
