Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

I informed my sales manager, Mike Prati, who was AMG certified what I wanted from a car. He was the FIRST auto dealership manager who listened when I told him exactly what I wanted my car. Mr. Prati knew more about Mercedes than I could have read in magazines, Car Werk, Edmunds, YouTube etc. He explained the different variables of each model with and pros and cons. He directed me to the E class 450 sedan for a test drive. I personally could not have found the car without his background and experience. I bought the Mercedes pre-owned and certified. What made the dealership a phenomenal experience was how everyone listened and were respectful. Often, customers are talked to which happened at another dealership I walked out of two weeks prior. The goal: sell you something you don’t want. Not at the Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. Later, I required work on the car. In lieu of calling the Service department I contacted Mike Prati. Who does that? I did. He immediately sent a tow truck, introduced me to a service assistant and I sat back as arrangements were made for a loaner. Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria was organized, cooperative and I had details regarding my car in less than 24 hours. The general manager, which people never see at dealership, called me. He wanted to be sure all departments were working together and I was satisfied. I actually think this dealership off of Pickett Rd in Alexandria has the finest employees. Great attitude. Thorough. I bought my car sight unseen, Clean Carfax and was someone’s corporate car so it had extremely low mileage for the year(80k) and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! Had never driven the ML other than a friend’s 2005 but the 2 don’t compare. I will drive this car until the wheels fall off and would definitely but another one

I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

The CLE is the Perfect blend of luxury, style and performance. Only negative is premium fuel and higher insurance due to the automobile being a luxury sport coupe.

My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.
