I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. The 2022 CLS 450 is a stylish , well appointed and amazingly tech savvy car . It drive so smooth it is like driving a cloud on Fire . The seats compensate in turns , the safety features keep you from making a mistake but most of all the MBUX Voice Control system sets Mercedes Benz apart from other cars in its class - when I need directions I just ask Mercedes to take me to a good Italian restaurant , or tell it the address and it downloads directions, I can ask the car to make a phone call, give me a massage, change the lighting - you get the idea - I have owned Porches and Lexus and not until now have I experienced true luxury in an automobile. The Con for this car has been caused by the chip shortage - I ask for a rear window sun shade option - not available , Dash Cam and Air balance options not available , a couple of standard feature were lost as well like hands free trunk opening and Navigation's Augmented Reality - even with these loses - this car is a 5 star purchase - Please check with your dealer - lost options are a variable depending on when you order your car - probably the later the better - I ordered my car in August 2021 - the height of the chip shortage problem

I visited mainly to compare a couple of models. The staff was helpful in providing information and letting me test drive without feeling rushed. Didn't buy on the spot, but it was a positive and informative visit that will definitely bring me back when I'm ready.

My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

Signed a 3 year for this car in November of 2019 and ended up buying it because of COVID. I'm not mad at it. This elegant beauty is quite the head turner - sporty, reliable, and luxurious. The CLS 450 was ahead of it's time, with plush massaging leather seats, an inline 6 with a beautiful purr to it. Luxury scenting, dual massaging seats, and autonomous driving make it a pleasure to drive for short and long distances. This is more of a massive 2 seater in my opinion, but that doesn't matter if you don't plan on having backseat passengers. Friends tell me it looks like an NBA players car, and people are constantly complimenting it 5 years later. This car is a looker - the only issue being the fragile 20" OEM wheels. They are gorgeous, but don't drive over any potholes. Never had a single mechanical issue with this beauty, and plan on keeping it for years to come.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

Very helpful and respectful everything when smooth. Car was clean and in good shape, no complaints.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).
