I was very nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car as an adult, but it was overall a good experience! The salesperson I corresponded with beforehand and who managed the deal in person, Matthew, went *above and beyond* to help me get the exact car I wanted and feel comfortable the whole way through. I was a little overwhelmed during the finance portion of the deal, but the Finance Director Scott patiently answered every question I had and worked to make sure I got the best I could out of the loan and warranty. The only complaint I have is that the car wasn?t fully detailed inside, but I?m so excited about my low-mileage, reliable, well-taken-care-of V6 rocket RAV4 I really don?t mind.

We were kind of tough customer, but the sales rep, Dan Casey, handled the business very well that we were so satisfied with purchasing a new vehicle. The sales rep even baby sitting our precious daughter throughout the purchasing process. This Van actually do drives like a Mercedes Sedan and the 25-30 mpg keeps money in your pocket. Every part of this Van is much better than what we experienced from other Vans in the past. Very good "work horse" for sure.

I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

I have a large family and love this van however I wanted a 2016 with low miles because i did not want the high top. This is my every day van because I have a six kids and I love it . It drives like a minivan and is my favorite car ever! I the dealership we bought from was ... ok .
