Just bough a vehicle from the dealership, through Sales Manager Chris Scott. Overall, the experience was great. I needed some time to check out and drive various models before I settled on one, and Chris helped me every step of the way. There was no pressure to buy everything I drove, and once I found the one I wanted to buy, the rest of the process was very smooth. Overall, I'd recommend the dealership to anyone with interest in the types of vehicles they sell. As far as the car, I've only had it for 1 day, so I will update this review if there are any issues down the line. Chris assured me that their inspection process was very comprehensive, and that my original manufacturer's warranty would be very much intact. If that holds true, this dealership will have my business for life.

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

My first experience was for my first oil change and all the other necessary things that are part of owning this incredible Mercedes Benz vehicle. I was greeted by Bryan Moser in the service department and he went over exactly what they would be serving on my vehicle. He was very professional and put me at ease. Wanted to know if I needed a loaner while they service my vehicle. Told him I was in no hurry and could wait. He said ok it should be ready for you in a few hours if you want to wait. It was ready in the exact time he informed me of. I just feel that the service and the way I was treated was over the top excellent. I would highly recommend this Mercedes dealership to all of my family and friends. PS the 2025 GLC43 AMG is a pleasure and fun exciting car to drive.

I'd been trying to place an order with my authorized MB dealer for over a year but not for this car; rather, it was for an E53 Cabriolet in the same colors and premium interior. Due to the chip shortage and the transition to electric cars there simply were few allocations available for the E53 Cabriolet so when my dealer received a special order model - Rubellite Red Special Edition - they offered it to me and one look and I was smitten. It's a far cry from a convertible but more than makes up for it by virtues of its own. I've owned the predecessor to the AMG GT 4-door (the CLS63S) but was surprised at the nimble and surefooted handling of this big and heavy car! While this new model is a hybrid with less HP than my old CLS63S, it is plenty powerful and fast enough for the kind of driving I do around town. The car I traded in was a 2018 C63S Cabriolet and even though that car was smaller, lighter and more powerful, I find the GT53 to handle better and accelerate almost as well so whatever difference there is in the weight/power ratio is negligible. The GT53 is more refined than the C63S so the exhaust is more muted and I'd prefer a little more of that sound making it into the cockpit but on the other hand, the GT53 makes for a smoother and quieter ride than the C63S which more than makes up for not getting all the pops and bangs from the exhaust during spirited driving and downshifting. My only gripe is that despite the plush look of the diamond-quilted seats, they are quite firm and I wish there were more cushion in the seat bottom. There is a lot to learn about the infotainment system but using "Hey Mercedes" certainly is helpful. I've only had the car a short while so I can't comment further just yet but so far, the honeymoon phase is in full swing.

If ever there was an All-American Sales Manager to deal with, Blake should be awarded that title in my opinion. Transaction with him was like dealing with a lifelong friend that really cares about you not only getting the best deal, but that you're buying a used car was a smooth, friendly and professional experience. Blake is the kind of guy that goes the extra mile with you to close all of the loose ends that come up in trading and buying a car during and after the sale. Acquired my new 2026 AMG CLE53 on October 27, 2025. This vehicle has plenty of technology, sport and luxury. Front seats, heat restraints, and seat extensions are fully powered and are relatively comfortable based on your settings with excellent hot heating and cool ventilation. Performance is outstanding especially in sport+ drive mode with the traction control turned off on clear weather days you will achieve 0-60 in 3.5 seconds with shell or sunoco premiums gas or read car and driver website. There are 64 ambient colors with numbers that can be set by using voice control and calling the ambient number as well as using voice control for the power sun shade, heated front seat levels, climate control and etc. You can even set your individual drive control with exhaust performance sounds. Key fob can even be link to your profile for all your settings with a pin code or your finger print. This vehicle also has adaptive and side cornering head lights. I have the same 20" rims that also come on the GT55 and GT63 coupe that's available on the AMG CLE53. Brakes are short distance excellent and ride is from comfortable to sport tight based on your adjustable shocks settings. Steers straight alignment and great grip Michelin P5 performance tires. I really enjoy, appreciate driving and the overall appearance of my fully optioned AMG CLE53 with no reliability issus. I traded in my 2023 BMW X6 M50i for this AMG CLE53 with no regrets.

Zack (owner/sales mgr) is easy to deal with. Zero pressure and easy to talk to. Found the car I needed here and the whole transaction concluded well within 1hr of me arriving at the store. The lot seems to have a wide selection of import vehicles to choose from. I would definitely return for my next vehicle purchase, even-though it is a bit of a drive from my home.

I have a bit over 100K miles now on my C300, had a few repairs, but overall, a comfortable and fine car for driving around town and travel.

They have technology in place that allows seamless communication between customer and service department (i.e., videos, invoices, approval of servicing) and the ability to pay prior to arrival. Dave Kohler is my go to Service Manager who is knowledgeable, explains potential root causes, and delivers your car prior to the initial ETA delivery. Check him out for service, he helps keep my car in top running condition.

60,000 miles and 9 years now having some issues. Front differential leak, driver active multi contour seat repair, coolant return hose small leak not major. I’ve test driven a number of other luxury flagships and still find the W-221 S Class to be more comfortable and road worthy. Local independent shop provides excellent service at a significant savings from MB dealership. Still love this car and do not regret purchasing even tho repair and maintenance costs are high!

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Everything got fixed correctly. Ryan was my advisor and he made sure everything was correct.

I bought a used 2015 Yukon from them with 40K miles. On the way home, I saw that he right taillight was not working. This is a $750 part. I drove back to the dealer, they pulled the car inside and said that they'd have to order it but "no charge". I came back a week later and they installed it for free. I had bought the car with no warranty but they still made it right.

Even though I needed routine service, they got me in right away. Andrew Weinberg took over from there and my car was back in my garage in no time. Eric Gray called while the car was in service to make sure everything was okay. What customer service!

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.
