I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

This is a great little boutique style dealership in the heart of downtown West Chester, Pa. I went to the dealership to look at a 355 Spider they had there and was very impressed with the knowledge the salesman had about the 355 as well as knowledge on vehicles as a whole. The buying process was amazing and super easy and I never felt pushed into doing something I wasn't comfortable with. Chuck made everything from start to finish effortless and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. This place is a car lovers man cave and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Chuck is a car guy through and through and def. has oil running through his veins. I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.

I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." Recently traded a 2019 Corvette Z06 for this 2020 SL450. The Mercedes is much quieter and rides better. Quality and fun factor is high. Mercedes infotainment system and menus needs to be more user friendly.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

Bought a 12 year old 2009 CLK 200 coupe petrol with 100K on the clock. Styling is sleek Driving, on cold engine the gearbox likes to hold onto the lower gears longer than I would like and I am told it does this to warm up the catalytic converter quickly. I don’t like that feature because if your a little heavy on the accelerator then your going to red line it on cold. To offset this I drive in Comfort mode and very light on the accelerator until warm. Short trips is not great on petrol especially if your engine doesn’t warm right up you will notice your mpg going below 20mpg easily if you are heavy on the accelerator. Long motorway journeys this car comes into its own and is an absolute pleasure to drive, smooth as silk and loads of acceleration power when you need it, it will absolutely blast off brilliantly on motorway driving so watch that speedo because you will very quickly shoot way past the speed limit. Will get 30-36mpg on motorway driving. Engine is very quiet and it does stand up to some really hard driving. Interior. Is comfortable and I’m 6,1 and 108 kilos and it fits me well. The only layout I don’t like is the placement of the window switches on the drivers side, why they didn’t put them by the gear lever I don’t know. Engine is quiet and the supercharger makes a nice noise when you put your foot down. I have found this car very easy to service myself, as with any car the more good quality oil changes the better. Plenty of good examples out there to buy even though the years are now ticking by you can find some great ones out there. Fun car combined with luxury driving.
