Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

We found ourselves looking for a car in a very buyer unfriendly environment. After several discouraging experiences at other dealerships (including our previous Mercedes dealer) Ray Catena of Freehold was a refreshing experience. When we showed up our salesman John Farrell was ready for us with the vehicle we were interested in. The Manger Leigh stopped by to say hello and I was promptly connected with a representative to take me on a test drive. John was incredibly considerate of our time. Rather than sitting to wait and keeping us hostage at the dealership, he ran the numbers and called me later. We quickly agreed on a price and 24 hours later he delivered the vehicle to our house. In total I spent no more than 90 minutes driving, negotiating the agreement, and signing paperwork This is the most pleasant and easy experience we had buying a car and we have been working with Mercedes Benz for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend this dealership or John Farrell or Leigh Farrell more highly.

Jack Goldberg is the best and got me the best deal on my new Mercedes! I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I called Ray Catena and was able to find the best deal possible with the lowest monthly payment possible. Jack gave me additional 100 miles for free to make up for the travel time. The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

He explained the features that I’m going through for the process to repair my car unfortunately my car has high mileage, and after the vehicle was done, there was some issues which I contact the service Manager, his name is Kris Paserba Who was open or asked me to come back he took the vehicle did all the repairs necessary, including the parts and labor they pick me up from my home. Drop me back. Got the vehicle fixed. You never charged me a dime. Very pleased with the service. they’re very honest with their advice thank you Kris and thank you Talor. The 2022 CLS 450 is a stylish , well appointed and amazingly tech savvy car . It drive so smooth it is like driving a cloud on Fire . The seats compensate in turns , the safety features keep you from making a mistake but most of all the MBUX Voice Control system sets Mercedes Benz apart from other cars in its class - when I need directions I just ask Mercedes to take me to a good Italian restaurant , or tell it the address and it downloads directions, I can ask the car to make a phone call, give me a massage, change the lighting - you get the idea - I have owned Porches and Lexus and not until now have I experienced true luxury in an automobile. The Con for this car has been caused by the chip shortage - I ask for a rear window sun shade option - not available , Dash Cam and Air balance options not available , a couple of standard feature were lost as well like hands free trunk opening and Navigation's Augmented Reality - even with these loses - this car is a 5 star purchase - Please check with your dealer - lost options are a variable depending on when you order your car - probably the later the better - I ordered my car in August 2021 - the height of the chip shortage problem

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!
