Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

i am the recent second owner from a family member that purchased new in 2013 and put 47k miles over 9 years. it is a comfortable& powerful. it has an attractive muscular design unlike all its competitors of its age as well as most now. not everyone wants a vehicle that is so similarly rounded as most the others. no wonder MB designed a boxier suv in the GLB. though the GLB is a turbo 4cyl fwd, making it less desirable imo.

The work was performed quickly and I was provided with an itemized checklist of all the things they had assessed about my cars condition. I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

My wife was looking for a replacement vehicle as hers was slowly falling apart. We found a car we liked, came in to the dealership an hour from closing. Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

Hats off to Drake and the service team at PP in Boise. Had extra time on a drive from OR to NV - called PP on the way in to see if they could squeeze in a quick wash to clean the thick wall of bugs caked on the front of my car. Drake worked with the team to create space - we were in and out in less than an hour - during which we grabbed a fabulous burger at the Golden Wheel Drive In next door. I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

Responsive however lack of 2 keys on a rare special car not being noted and significant stone chips also not mentioned in the description not great. With those hits no movement on price on an overpriced vehicle no surprise they reached out later offering a lower price. Too late closed on a much nicer specimen for less. One plus $200 dealer fees was excellent and fair.

This car is awesome!!! It rides like the a Mercedes Sedan. The G550 floats on the road. And it turns heads no matter what cars are around!

I think it's a good car for innovation and design. Overall, the comfort is luxury and right. I'll advice the G for anyone and everyone.
