Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

While I absolutely hate buying a new vehicle because of the uncertainty of the entire experience, Chaz and his team at Major Motors made the entire experience absolutely great. I flew in from Denver to purchase a used vehicle, and the vehicle was exactly as Chaz had described, not one surprise or issue that was not extensively noted in our conversations prior to buying a plane ticket. Chaz and his team not only have great prices, the experience of buying one was exceptionally low stress. Balancing the professionalism and security of buying from a major car lot, with the friendly and good nature of buying a vehicle from your neighbor. I own a 2018 45 and purchased it Feb of 2019 with 5200 miles purchased in Manhattan my son and I drove it home to Minnesota made it to Milwaukee 1st day avg 81mph and got 31.5mpg I have been anything but nice to it I am now on my 13th set of tires and just put on 3rd set of pad and rotors I have never had a check engine light come on service is expensive it is expected with MB it is my 10th MB and by far the most enjoyable to drive the one I have has factory matte paint only downside is matte paint it requires all sorts of special care and products wash by hand only new microfiber cloths every wash 50ml matte wax $400 oh FYI if u have to paint any portion of car dose not work you have to paint entire car it has just about every option msrp $72,897 I think only missing option was giant spoiler I have an upgraded ecu and a handful of performance parts This car will eat most sports cars for breakfast if your hard on it gas mileage is not so good however if u run in comfort mode you can get 400 miles on a 14gallon tank If you like to have fun and go fast Says the car it's very unassuming you don't get noticed = no tickets the car seems to get faster the harder u drive mechanically I have tested this car to max for 60000 miles and it passed with flying colors I'm actually going to try and break the transcontinental record in it next fall at 130mph it gets 21mpg in comfort mode I buy cars every couple yrs I managed car dealerships for 20+ years driven and owned too many to remember this car impressed me every time I drive it I hit an object in road thru alignment off car knew so it disengaged traction system and sensors to avoid further damage to vehicle got alignment reset it self this is a hand built car from Germany A person who handcrafts it signs underneath the hood even It's basically a supercar and a hatchback bodySays benefits is notorious for underrating cars There is not much on the road that will touch it especially if you know how to drive

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Darrick in service went beyond doing his job. He offered water, coffee and drinks while we waited. He kept on contact with me by texts and phone calls. He updated me every hour to let me know the situation. He offered to help us load our car onto the two wheel dolly for car and helped do it. We have never had more thoughtful person work with us. We were from Georgia on vacation trip to the national parks we had appointments with camp grounds for the next two weeks scheduled to arrive on certain days, if we had lost time we would have had to reschedule all our plans. Your mechanics worked us into your schedule so we could get back on road. They did a complete repairs job and found another issue to fix before giving our RV back to us.

Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. They were zero pressure and followed up every step of the way. Tara was quick with documents and even resending a few updates. They offered their personal contacts for after hours if needed as well. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! The vehicle was in perfect condition, gas tank full and even gave us a load of snacks and water for the drive. Tara came out to introduce herself and made the final processing seamless. In under an hour we were in on the road with our new car! Mark followed up to ensure we made it back safely to Colorado, and that we had no issues along the way. Highly recommend for both in state and out of state purchases.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

The staff is very friendly and the vehicles are priced fairly below other dealers. No dealer fees was a nice touch too. They also don't work on commission so there isn't pressure to purchase.

The 2008 Mercedes ML63 AMG is a comfortable and reliable vehicle. It's the best SUV I ever owned. The power of the 6.3 liter engine is exhilarating. I highly recommend this model. Even in today's suv market it outperforms other vehicles. A+++

I’ve had 2. A 2015 and now a 2019. 385 hp, AWD, lots of options with MB AMG attention to details. Kid bought the 2015. 78k miles. No issues. Wife drives 2019. 30k miles & no issues. Every time she drives she gets questions & compliments. Perfect size SUV.

Ask for J. If you see a car they have and want it, go check out it out before you judge them based off of some bad reviews. Not sure if they are under new management or what. But looked at a car, and they provided great service. They were up front, honest, provided the car fax on spot, and also stated if we wanted to take the cars we were looking at to get inspected we could totally do that and even provided those shop names and the costs. We almost didn't go just because of the bad reviews but I wanted to give them a chance and see for myself.

This car is great overall but only has one problem. I bought this car July 2023 for around 9k with 90k miles from Florida. The car was in perfect condition with only a minor things broken. From the beginning, I really liked the ride and some of the features like the back up camera. I have the regular ml350 not the diesel and mine is RWD. The only problem is the gas mileage and how much it costs to fill up. I usually drive around in the city about 85% of my driving and I get around 10-11 MPG while it said I am supposed to get around 16 MPG so that mean that I get around 240-260 miles of range on every tank which costs more or less 100$ from empty to full tank. This full tank lasts me 2 weeks and that's crazy expensive for a V6. This car eats gas like a V8. But that's really my only complaint apart from the fact that I changed a lot of the lights in this car because it keeps going out like tail lights and turns signals etc.

This suv is really a truck. It handles well and is very comfortable. If you like the sound of your engine without adding a lot of mufflers and stuff, this is the car for you. I love the sound of the gear changing, even turning a corner. It has style and makes you proud to be seen in it.
