I saw this 2014 E550 online. I was in San Diego but the car was $2300 under Blue Book with only 56,000 miles on it. I sent an email and received a reply before the dealership even open from their Internet Sales Manager, Bao. He sent me photos and a FaceTime tour of the vehicle. He provided every detail and was honest about everything about this car. I scheduled a pickup appointment and bought a ticket to Oakland. Bao greeted me and showed me the car. It was exactly as described. We chatted together while awaiting the sales manager to complete the paperwork. He programmed my phone into the navigation system and I began the long drive to San Diego. He even called several hours later to ask how my travels were proceeding and again the next day to ensure I had arrived safely. I cannot recommend Bao more highly to potential buyers. He is worth the trip if you do not live in the area!

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Tony and Sheldon were very easy to deal with...they are very straight forward and made the process comfortable. We lucked out and got a low mileage honda accord for a great price. I definitely will go to them again in the future.

I have had two W124 models, (1989 an 1995) The 1995 (currently own) has just about 300K miles and is solid and a trooper ( even at over 80mph on hwy) daily driver, reliable, has full power -lots of torque and handles beautifully. No major issues, I also have the same model in a 2004 version and, hands down, the 1995 version is superior in all ways. The only downside to owning these older cars is that parts and mechanics for regular maintenance are also becoming rare.

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I love my car. The tech in is car is ridiculous. I makes it seem your driving a spaceship(dad's words) with the two 10ich screen in the front. The feature set complements the car as well. With different mode to boot. I could be any happier with my purchase.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

Purchasing a new car at Mercedes Benz of Marin. My Salesman Frank Andretta was amazing. He understood my needs and made very helpful suggestions. At no time was he pushy. He wants me to go back for an hour to explain the features of the car to make sure I know how to fully use them. I would give him 5+ stars if I could. My daughter will go to him next year for sure when she is ready to order her new car. I highly recommend Frank!!

Purchased in 2015, nothing is broken except consumables until 2023. It has a bit of a turborek, so it's less driving, but it has an agile driving feeling.

I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features

I purchased a 2017 GLE 350 with 27,000 miles on it the SUV is a dream come true, you can't get a more quiet or smoother ride in an SUV. Has every option in the you can get even self parking. We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

I love this car. I've had it since 2000 and purchased it used. It has been extremely reliable and has required very little service outside of the normal wear and tear. I have the wagon to accomodate my German Shepherds and they love it, too. I've looked at the newer MB wagons and would not trade mine for them even if they were free.

Best car I have ever owned(my first car). Great quality interior and very good suspension at the back. No squeaking at the back which is very good. Car does very quick speed when accelerating and brakes working fine. Headlights look epic when full beam. Didn’t fill gas in the car since I’ve purchased it, very reliable and good suspension in the back.

Got my 2015 gla in 2016. Drove it from NJ to DC every week even in the middle of a blizzard.. I feel like it has a more agile power steering. It can fit it anywhere. The ride is smooth and quiet. It’s now 2025, what do you think? I got the mountain grey color. It still shines like new!
