Great experience! Christian, our sales contact and a great guy, had the car we were interested in all ready to be seen and test driven when we arrived. Loved the car. My daughter, who the car was for, liked another car a little better and the financing options here didn't work out for her since it was her first car loan. She was able to get better financing at another dealer. That's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5.

Great driving comfort,loaded with features. Safety is definitely a priority with the MB engineering . I have leased a total of 4 Mercedes and totally satisfied with every single one.

Paul Mosca was extremely kind. I found a vehicle that I fell in love with and he made sure I was leaving the lot with it. If you are reading this review you, most likely are doing the same as I was a few weeks ago. I apologize in advance for the length of my review. But feel it is important and no, neither me or my daughter are associated with any dealership in this review except as a buyer. My oldest daughter was looking for a quality smaller ( my words not hers) suv. We looked at many pictures and read many articles, looked at specs, features and reviews she settled on 3 models by 3 different manufacturers. Next step was to physically sit in and drive all 3. We eliminated the first and went to the 2nd dealer. The salesperson at second dealership didn’t know their inventory. Sales actually said he didn’t think they had the model my daughter wanted to test drive. We pointed out two on the property and their reply was, “I thought that one was sold and I forgot about that one? I will go see if I can get keys?” His knowledge seemed very limited. He didn’t ask many questions. We like the car however, we did not feel comfortable with this dealership. On to the 3rd dealership. We asked the salesperson if they had a specific model in stock? Their reply was “we only have one” We said great, can we test drive it? next question was….Are you serious about buying one because I have to get it out of the showroom?” After hearing those words I wanted to just leave but my daughter wanted to sit in it and drive this specific model as we came from Tempe and Gilbert. My daughter opened her little purse, whipped out a business card from the dealership across the street said “well….. it’s between your model and a model across the street” the salesperson got the car but would not allow us to take it on the freeway. We wanted to evaluate freeway noise. The salesperson never asked our names and had limited small talk and told my daughter about 2 option on this specific model. The model was not the right fit but part of that could be the representation. Perhaps the last 2 dealerships felt as if my daughter wasn’t a true buyer, however, if that was the case they could of asked a few simple qualifying questions and perhaps make a judgment but they didn’t. This leads me to Mercedes Benz of Gilbert. My daughter wanted me to look at some specific versions of the model she wanted. She talked to a lady named Felice. Felice actually returned my daughters call listened to my daughters wants, needs and desires and made suggestions and my daughter made a appointment for a Friday.To meet withFelice. She was by far the most knowledgeable of all the sales advisers we had met. She asked questions to make sure we all were on the same page. I for one appreciate this as I do not like wasting my time going in a wrong direction, especially on a Friday. Felice was not only knowledgeable but appeared to be friendly and sincere. We found the car that spoke to my daughter ( her words). Felice asked good qualifying questions of which my daughter had no problem or hesitation answering. We came to a meeting of the minds. I have bought more cars than I can remember, of very different varieties but I need to say, so far this was a feel good comfortable buy. Next step was paper work, ok.. I honestly thought this was going to be where the deal could go sideways, we went to the office of a man named Claudio. He explained different option my daughter could purchase or not. He explained in a no nonsense way. Some absolutely made sense others not so much for this specific Mercedes Benz. He wasn’t pushy or arrogant he simply explained the features and benefits of the options. I have walked out more than once at this stage especially when I was young and I would need financing. But everything we were told by Felice was said by Claudio. In summary this is a well organized, friendly business one I will highly recommend to my family and friends Great experience!

Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.

This was not a typical dealer experience. They made my purchase quick and painless. Not pushy and very direct answers. I'm pretty sure I met every employee. Their customer service was great. Pricing was transparent. Got a great deal. No hassle and was in and out.

I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

Monday Early Bird - no appointment - for a Sprinter van electronic issue. Extremely courteous staff and a huge thank you to Service Advisor Bill Stamper. While waiting the dealership offered no charge access to their cafe! The cafe has huge TV screens which keep you advised of your service progress. My van was repaired by 10:30! I only wish my home Dealer was this big to take care if our Mercedes’ but, its a small town. Overall Mercedes-Chandler is a “Home Run” business! 😎 If only they had a G Wagon to test drive while waiting. 🤠

I bought this wagon used with 95k miles, love everything about this vehicle except when some things go wrong or breaks. It's the small electronic parts, or seat switches that get you. I think about selling it because I have too many vehicles, then I drive it, and can't get ride of it. It is a beautiful classy gliding machine!

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

I needed to make a car purchase decision quickly because my previous car was destroyed in an accident. I wasn't thinking of a Mercedes but I could not find the right car in the other brands I was considering. I located a low-mileage CLS450 and was shown the car by Remington Logue. I liked the car and found Remington to be very easy to work with. Also, Zach Hill did a great job explaining the workings of the car to my wife and me. I don't usually buy extended warranties and pre-paid maintenance programs but, in this case, it fit my circumstances to do so. If my future service experiences measure up to my purchase, I will feel that this is one of my best car-buying experiences.

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

Just watch out for the “PZEV” versions of fuel pump that is built in inside the fuel tank !!! You need to replace the whole fuel tank $2k just replace the fuel pump which is price only for $200 +/- !!!’ You will know by reading the ID CARDs located both by driver door and when you open the hood

this has been and still is my dream car ( bought it in 2020) and i am going to keep this beauty forever, the night vision, all glass moon roof, massage seats, hot & cold, park assit, huge back seats, wood steering wheel, air rise or sport mode air bags, i have a hitch and used to pull 2 fast motorcycles like nothing, the power, i have drove it to Mexico about 20 times maybe more, Vegas, LA and never felt ANY kind of discomfort! i bet i can drive to NY and be way more comfy than an airplain! if you are thinking of getting this beautiful car DO NOT HESITATE! you wont want another.

Kevin was absolutely amazing in being honest and truthful about my car! My bank was giving me issues so he recommended me go to a different credit union and they gave me half of the interest rate that my bank was going to. Not only that, but he let me take the car that I was purchasing to the bank to apply for this auto loan, That’s not trusted humanity I don’t know what is!
