I purchased my new Mercedes A220 4Matic in May of this year at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Natick, Mass. And I totally love it! The interior and exterior are spot on! The dealership experience was fantastic!

Mike smith and Matt (customer service manager) made sure that the experience went really well. There was an initial glitch with my confirmed appointment - but the team above were both honest and great at making me feel a priority. The situation was resolved to my total satisfaction with little impact other than feeling more valued as a service client. It was great team work that followed through to my driving out of the dealership.

I took my car for a recall at Mercedes Benz Silver Spring , all the employees were very professional. I was provided with a car at the cost of the dealership. I was able to go to work. I did some research before going to UAC and everyone lived up to the reviews that I read. It was great family atmosphere and I felt like I knew them for ages. When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. She treated me more like friend/family not just like a customer. Jessica was extremely accurate with numbers and we discussed the payment and interest rate that will suit me. The Mercedes 190E with a 2.6 is just such a great little car and can be had for such bargain prices these days. Perfect get around town car for my short legged wife to ferry the kids to and from and run errands. I drove it on a 1000 mile trip and it didn't miss a beat. Tight turning radius, super comfy ride, plenty of power, safe and reliable. Again...safe and reliable. just learn about how it starts in 2nd gear and how to get it into first when you need it. We look forward to many years of daily service from our already 27 year old car.
