The rep came out with the keys ready for us to test drive. We came back Halley and they were able and willing to get the paper work rolling. We left extremely happy with every aspect of the experience. They even picked up my trade in Which happened to break down on the way to trade it in. They came and picked it up anyway. Car is very reliable and have driven it on long trips. in the last few years mostly local driving. Its and expensive car and you really purchase It for its contort and safety. Service has been pretty good i have owned six Mercedes over the years

I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

We were kind of tough customer, but the sales rep, Dan Casey, handled the business very well that we were so satisfied with purchasing a new vehicle. I’ve been shopping around many different vendors, and MB San Diego is the best dealer in my opinion. I cannot thank enough for the kindness and professionalism from the sales rep and staffs. The sales rep even baby sitting our precious daughter throughout the purchasing process. This was the finest auto purchase experience I've ever been through. Salesperson Chris was a gentleman and helpful to the max. I was nervous about my first long-distance car purchase. My choice was a 2006 Audi S4 they had listed. I've been looking for the right one all over the US for a year and a half. They even drove it to the local Audi dealer (at no charge) for me where I'd set up a pre-purchase inspection, on short notice, too. The inspection found three minor things wrong, and VIP fixed each perfectly. After answering all my questions the purchase was made by phone/text/mail and was completely easy and free of hassle. They also accepted the personal check I mailed them. No wire fees. They even picked up my wife and me (Josh drove) at the San Diego airport (again, at no charge!) to take delivery of the car at their dealership. We were treated personably, by genuinely nice employees, throughout the remainder of the transaction, which only took about 30 minutes. The vehicle was detailed to AS NEW (and I mean AS NEW) -- even smelled like new! We drove it the 500 miles back home and it ran like a top. And still does months later. Chris even made a fair offer on my current vehicle, and we had it shipped to VIP. The only hiccup was somewhat poor service by the shipper that VIP suggested, who initially dropped the ball big-time. I'd avoid Stateway Auto Transport in the future. But they did get it done. Again, I have never actually "enjoyed" an auto purchase until this one.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

Bottom line, I got a great deal on my trade-in, they gave me a lower interest rate than my trusted bank did, and they were not pushy in the least. Another huge plus is that the dealership seemed really scrupulous about safety protocols and keeping things clean among this Covid crisis. They wiped down the keys every time they handed them to me, they wore masks, and the Finance Manager had a glass screen in front of his desk. I felt safe there.

I love my car. The tech in is car is ridiculous. I makes it seem your driving a spaceship(dad's words) with the two 10ich screen in the front. The feature set complements the car as well. With different mode to boot. I could be any happier with my purchase.

In and out process, really nice people. My car needed an oil change. It was no hassle to schedule an appointment. I was probably there for 30ish minutes, I?m not too sure. But it wasn?t enough time to be staring at a clock wondering I?d be done. My service consultant Bjern was helpful with scheduling an additional appointment.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Owned a W205 C43 AMG coupe and loved it. Wasn’t practical for a family so went to a couple SUV’s. Then this pure F1 tech machine came out and I had to have it! I love the new F1 tech, the handling, standard rear steering, ride quality and interior tech. Definitely recommend!

Overall it was a good experience. With what I wanted in options, they said here is what we have on the lot. If we were to bring in the car, it would cost money. Therefore, I researched other cars, other dealers, and was ready to work with someone other than San Diego Land Rover. Its possibly the best EV sedan in its class. Very fast and comfortable. Depending on your driving habits, it gets over 360 miles on a single charge.

I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features
