routine B service was performed with good satisfaction. No problems but in at 8:45 and out at 3:45. That was too long far a short service. Still I was very pleased especially without the usual call saying we found something else to fix.

Great riding car and easy to handle. Almost drives itself! This is my fifth E Class Mercedes, and they have all been reliable, safe cars. Lots of electronics in this one!

They are super helpful beginning to end. Dave busted his butt to make sure I had the car I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He always asked me for any questions I had and he always had answers for me. He did everything on both ends with not only making sure I got the car but making sure I got approved for a loan to be able to get it. I got the key within just a few weeks. Him and 8-11 motor groups are fantastic. 8-11 actually makes you feel like you matter!

Bought 1 owner 76,000 miles 2007 e350 in 2022. Love this car zero issues. I did replace valve seals as recommended after 80,000 it’s been a great car so far and still looks and feels new

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

I love this vehicle. It’s fun to drive and beautiful to look at. I think my only criticism would be the ease or lack there of in operating the screen with the control knob and the navigation system. I feel like there are too many steps to the navigation system.

The car has all the bells and whistles and is a lot more comfortable and quiet than the E-Class we had. The engine is more powerful and we love the design.

Easy enough to make appointment, and didn't take too long. I don't know if service was good or not, because what was being done was not discussed with me. I brought it in for scheduled service B, wasn't told what that included and afterward nothing about what was done was discussed with me. A few things I was able to decipher off of the invoice.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Apparently I am not computer literate. This is my fourth and final attempt to write a review for the absolute best Mercedes dealership ever! I have had, I believe, seven Mercedes, only deviating once as I was enamored with a San Remo green convertible elsewhere. Six months later I returned to Mercedes where Deb found a lovely black GLC 300 for me, Norma and Manny aided in my lack of computer skills with the technical side of the vehicle and dear Sam watched my beloved Kingston when I did the paperwork. Service solved a software issue in a timely fashion even vacuuming my car per my request. Greg in Service was inundated with phone calls and kindly took the time to tie my shoe, again upon my request, as I was holding my multipoo. Lee Ghesquiere, his sons, Taylor and Chase are all a tribute to their late father and grandfather who has always helped me in the past and would be so proud of the legacy he founded. Thanks to all! Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

Overall the experience was very good. The only problem was that the vehicle preparation team was behind and it took longer than expected for the vehicle to be available after signing all of the necessary paperwork with the finance manager.

2014 CLS63 Type S. I’ve owned maybe 50 cars in my lifetime. Never a car like this. Bad to the core. (In a good way) The engine is second to none. The handling bests my mustang. The interior is clean, classy and feels quality. The car is fast. And I don’t mean hey look at me fast. I mean, hold on and maybe I should let off the throttle a bit, fast. No problems mechanically so far. But I am well aware of the potential cost of maintenance. That would be the only draw back. Very happy with this vehicle. Love the look. Love the feel. Love the power.

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. Love this car, tons of power for a heavy car. Feels like you're driving a much smaller car. AWD is seamless as is the transmission. Air suspension is creamy smooth. Timeless looks, many often mistake it for a new model, as the styling is non traditional and they aren't a common sight. I think its a beautiful and very comfortable, as well as capable machine. Often receive comments praising the car.
