This dealership has all you would possibly want. Their cars are more than what you expect from a smaller dealership. The used cars are low mileage and look like they just came out of the showroom. Financings are easy to get and the sales people are truly amazing. Elizabeth not only found me the exact car I was looking for but she treated me like I was a part of her family. It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

I have only good things to say about this dealership! I recently bought a Jeep Compass, and from taking a test drive to purchasing and driving it off the lot, the whole process was done very efficiently. Jamie was so helpful to me. The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Went in and the team at Mercedes were once again fantastic. Experience was great without a ton of pressure, but generally interested in putting a deal together that I felt was fair and mutually beneficial. Ended up with a unicorn bucket list car that I had no idea they would have on the lot much less not spoken for but they did. G-Wagen! Deal was quick, fast, convenient. The car was done up ready to go and they walked me thru the functionality per usual white glove car. I'll be honest, this dealership has on multiple occasions done great for me and I'd highly recommend them. When I've had issues, they go above and beyond to make things right. Service seriously is the best I've had with any car manufacturer and I've tried them all in the area (some multiple times - own and swapped car to car a lot). Sales person was Dave Coffey and would also highly recommend him. He did a great job and we just came in off the street without an appointment but treated us well walking thru what they had on the lot and showcasing any and all cars we asked about. I can't speak for the other brands in motorworld, but this Mercedes team are the bomb and would recommend them if you're considering your next car.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.

The service is tidy and to the point. No unnecessary talk. I respect that approach.

Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.
