I knew I needed an oil change but when they did their Check, they discovered other things that needed to be addressed. I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Quick service. Time slot was easy. Service advisor was efficient. Technician left car clean. Dealership was clean and beverage was available and large waiting area with TV viewing.

This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

this has been and still is my dream car ( bought it in 2020) and i am going to keep this beauty forever, the night vision, all glass moon roof, massage seats, hot & cold, park assit, huge back seats, wood steering wheel, air rise or sport mode air bags, i have a hitch and used to pull 2 fast motorcycles like nothing, the power, i have drove it to Mexico about 20 times maybe more, Vegas, LA and never felt ANY kind of discomfort! i bet i can drive to NY and be way more comfy than an airplain! if you are thinking of getting this beautiful car DO NOT HESITATE! you wont want another.

This is my 6th BMW purchase d from this CarMax. Because of the Pandemic, this process is a little bit hectic. Lots of steps now to complete the purchase. The employees have to work a lot more to protect both the Buyer as well as the CarMax employees. I waited around a lot before I was able too complete my purchased. I was ok with that though as it was done for my safety. I would still come back again for any further purchases. The end result sent me home with my new 2016 BMW M5. I’m happy. Thank You!!

Coffee and cold water at the ready. The workmanship on my cars repair was great and the parts department was very friendly and helpful (so much so I left after purchasing a hat and shirt!). I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

Contacted Service Dept. (Ray the bald guy) to resolve issue with a code Contacted Henderson Chev Service (Ray the bald guy) regarding a service code. Ray took me right in, called me after a short time, advised me I had a failing high pressure fuel pump. I was in a bind needing my vehicle for the Labor Day trip planned. He was very accommodating, had the vehicle repaired and back to me the following day. What great service!!! Thanks Ray.....

I leased two 2020 Glc 350e, one for me and one for my son. We found almost immediately that his was a lemon. It broke down constantly with the message reading “pull over and turn off engine immediately”. After several months in and out of MB repair we hired an attorney and MB bought the car back as a lemon. Then i started to get the yellow “watering can” icon on my dashboard with about 2k miles on the clock and we thought mine was also a lemon. After three separate weeks in repair at MB a technician was finally able to fix the problem. Now at 14,600 miles and so far no other problems. I actually love driving this car and seriously considering buying at lease end in August.
