Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

My wife and I decided that we needed to break down and buy a vehicle for her and the kids as a daily driver. Obviously we wanted something that was going to be dependable, last for years and fit everyone in the family at a price that we didn't have to sell body parts to afford. JP and Khader 100% helped us find our vehicle. We chose a used Ford Exorer and as of yet, don't regret it. Never thought I'd say it but this sales group, as a whole, are dependable and trustworthy. Again, I've never said that about ANY company that sales vehicles but I promise you, they are legit and keep their word. I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

I always had excellent service from Honda Vinart in Pennsylvania. Moving in August 2017 to Jax, I made sure to have my car serviced at Honda of the Avenues. Ryan Esloon, service tech, explained all to me re oil change and brake fluid etc. Very impressed with how he treated me. And I requested to have him again Sept 4 2018. Again the same wonderful treatment. Honda is really lucky to have him. He explained all to me and came again, because my tires were not good. My Accord is 2007, so not a surprise. I had 4 Michelin tires and feel really safe driving now. Thank you so much for Ryan--Again He is AWESOME!!!

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I'm currently the owner of the 2021 E53 and it's my second MB. I chose this specific car because I enjoy the E-class size, functionality, and finishes. My other MB is a diesel E350 so jumping into this AMG was a big change but I don't regret it. Fast, nimble, head turner, high end customization and finishes are noteworthy. Expect a somewhat rougher ride than non-AMG but that is to be expected with the sport tuned suspension and run flat tires. The matte finish hides dirt and easily and is maintainable. I choose to hand wash the car. Expect this car to last and perform with regular scheduled maintenance. I use a trusted import mechanic for most of the maintenance and the dealer for very specific issues such as a fast blinking turn light problem I had. The transmission shifts can be rough if in sport mode, coming to a complete stop and then taking off. It seems like the trans needs a minute to get back to 1st gear. Other than that, the car is a rocket. I haven't used the track mode yet or unlocked drift mode but I will soon. I can recommend this car, knowing the quality of MB is top notch. All cars will have issues and MB isn't immune to this but you're paying for the performance, fit, and SAFETY. These cars are built like tanks with over engineering in mind. I appreciate that detail and that is why I continue to be a MB loyalist.
