We just bought our first Mercedes, 2018 350 GLE. Lynn was our sales representative. I have know Lynn since the 7th grade, and our families are close with our kids all having known each other as well as young adults. I’ve dealt with a shady used car salesman or two in my life. Murat at Elite is cut from a different cloth. He has a laid back demeanor and earned my trust within the first couple minutes. Was blown away by the level of customer service by everyone at Elite. Had an issue with my down payment as USAA had placed a hold on part of the funds. Murat’s brother Zeke helped me find a work around and saved me half a point on my interest rate offered by USAA. The fees on the vehicle I bought were straightforward And honest. Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

Although the car we went to see was sold, they were very professional and helpful. They were not pushy like most used car dealers and they attention to detail prior to listing a car was very impressive.

Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Absolutely love my 2022 GL E3 50. I have the AMG exterior Effects and I love the looks. Super responsive power and hand handling. Also love the dash and the interior lighting options. Absolutely love everything about the car except for that you have to use premium fuel. But I still highly recommend it

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

Just got the 2023 gla 250 4matic. It’s good looking inside and out and drives very well, comfortable and sporty in perfect combination. My only knock would be the front seats seem a little small. You have to do a lot of option thinking to get exactly what you want and are willing to pay for but otherwise a good value.
