I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

I worked directly Dub Rountree throughout my buying process and he made sure to explain every detail of the contract and willingly answered any questions presented. I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

We don’t buy cars in South Carolina ever. This time we were in a crunch and found a car at Dick Dyer. I can honestly say hands down I have never had such amazing service from a dealership here. Ervin Davis was our sales person and he was open and honest. He didn’t push us one bit. We bought the car. The whole process took maybe 2 hours where I’m used to 3 or 4. I will definitely buy a car again from there and him if the time arises.

This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.
