Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marty Swank, at Carmax, White Marsh. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We went in for just an appraisal of our car. He ended up changing our mind from a new car to buying a car from Carmax. We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It had everything I wanted and more affordable. It also had very low mileage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

This is my dream car, and I've owned 2 Porsches, 3 Audi S4s, and even a '15 Mustang GT, but this car is a revelation. Stupidly fast, absolutely gorgeous to look at, flawless build quality, and telepathic responses. The only possible criticism is a hard ride, but it has a comfort/dynamic setting on the sespension. I've had it for 2 years without a single issue; just regular oil changes. It's an absolute blast to drive.

I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

Buy this car brand new and you will never have any problems with this car. Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

I was referred to Sauder Motors by coworker. I did not know they worked on RV's. I called late December and spoke to Dustin telling him about a leak in my fifthwheel toy hauler. He had asked me quite a few questions. He said they would be glad to help us. I dropped unit off early January on a Saturday and when I did their RV mechanic Rob was there. He came out asked what was going on and looked at unit with me. I knew from that moment this was the place I should have brought unit before. The leak was repaired and they helped me with getting the factory involved. I was in the loop the whole way through this repair. The price for the repair was less then I thought for what they got into. Dustin and Rob are absolutely great the facility is great. I hope to have my toy hauler for years to come and it is great knowing Sauder Motors is there for all my RV needs. We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year
