I've owned this truck/SUV for over 5 years now and spent 2 years trying to find one. I will replace it with a newer version shortly so I can add a factory towing hitch package. The diesel engine is tremendously strong (torque) and a lot more fuel efficient that the comparable gasoline engine. I've personally put almost 74,000 miles on it with negligible problems.

Super people: Service Supervisor, Austin Ryan made somewhat overdue maintenance and repairs an absolute breeze and great experience. Sprinter Specialist, Justin got my Sprinter 2500 Diesel Crew Van (purchased new in 2012) handling at its absolute like new best. Seriously my 2012 feels like a brand new vehicle. And if you want your vehicle(s) running right as rain then this organization is it. I am so happy I can bring my cherished high-top to receive absolutely thorough diagnostics. I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

Was contacted really fast about the availability of the vehicle I was interested in and offered to set up an appointment to come for a test drive. The vehicle wasn’t right for me, but I’ll keep looking and I would go back to Luxe Auto, LLC in a heartbeat.

Got my 2015 gla in 2016. Drove it from NJ to DC every week even in the middle of a blizzard.. I feel like it has a more agile power steering. It can fit it anywhere. The ride is smooth and quiet. It’s now 2025, what do you think? I got the mountain grey color. It still shines like new!

Great for king trips. Excellent throttle response, passing power, seats upright and comfortable and draws attention wherever it goes. Only negative is wind noise and fuel consumption. Oh,well it is a 577HP refrigerator.

I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.
