This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.

Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

My experience with Land Rover Jaguar Richfield was excellent. Janna was incredibly responsive and proactive from my very first virtual interaction. When I first inquired on a previously owned Range Rover via Cars.com, it turned out to not be quite the package I wanted. (My mistake; I hadn’t noticed the rose gold accents. No thank you.) Still, Janna heard exactly what I was looking for and offered to keep an eye out. A week later -- voila! -- she informs me of a "unicorn" that had just come in. It was perfect: very low miles, white exterior and beige interior AND a great price. I said, “Let’s do the deal!” She pulled out all the stops to get it detailed and all ready to pick up by the next day. It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

Sprinter Specialist, Justin got my Sprinter 2500 Diesel Crew Van (purchased new in 2012) handling at its absolute like new best. Seriously my 2012 feels like a brand new vehicle. It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Buy this car brand new and you will never have any problems with this car. Buy it from an original owner with all services done, on time, at the dealership only, which means the records are at the dealership and you will never have any problems. If the above has an extended warranty through Mercedes Benz dealership then you won't have any problems. This warranty usually cost the original owner $3,500 dollars.

My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

As a tall man, space, performance, and comfort is a premium. I looked at several other SUVs but the GLE looks, and performs the best. I like the muscular look of the SUV. It's a boss of a truck especially if you opt for the 20 & 21 inch rims. I was not looking for speed and power so I decided to get the smaller 2.0 engine to get more milage on a full tank and I have no regrets. The 2.0 turbo is enough to get me around town. When driving through the backroads or highways, the ride is smooth. The SUV sit high enough so you see your surroundings. The tech displays: large navigation screen, ambient lighting, and large moon roof makes for a enjoyable ride. Leg room is nice and you feel like you are sitting on air. The ride is smooth and the car is spacious for a family of 5 on long trips. Like all luxury cars, you want to make sure you take out the maintenance plan for the vehicle. Getting Mercedes to do the service is a smart investment. Now, Mercedes will do the service but anything extra they will charge a premium fee so find out what the SUV needs and take it to a trusted mechanic. The SUV is relatively easy to work on according to my mechanic. Since having the 2020 GLE 350, I only had to change the rotors, tires and do the service maintenance at the dealership. Directional tires 20 inch rims in the front and 21 inch rims for the back at the dealership will run you over $1400 (installation included]) but do your research. I got mine, pirellis from tirerack.com for under $800 and got them installed for $20 bucks each. It was shipped from California, brand new. You can find these tires on other website as well around the same price so you don't have to overspend. Take time to do your research. The only issue I had is that the leather seat on the driver's side has a crack in the groove. You can barely see it but I expected the leather to much more studier and longer lasting. If you decide to get one, avoid the color black. It's hard to keep clean. Silver is by far the best color to keep clean. Overall, I can now see why Mercedes owners love their rides; classy, spacious, and reliable! You can't go wrong with Mercedes Benz.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

We first started working with White Bear Lincoln Mercury in 1995 and have always been delighted with their customer service whether it was buying a vehicle or having service work done. First class people, first class service and great vehicles.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year
