⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5 Stars) I had a great initial experience with Highline Autos. The transaction was fast, smooth, and professionally handled. The team—especially Zuhair, the owner, and the young Ghalib—was responsive and knowledgeable, making the buying process straightforward and low-stress. Their professionalism and business reliability stood out during the deal. However, about a week later, I was disappointed to discover that the tires on the car I purchased were leaking. Upon inspection, it turned out that plugs had been used as a temporary fix rather than properly addressing the issue. This was unexpected and concerning, as I had hoped for greater transparency regarding the vehicle's condition. While I appreciated the efficiency and service during the sale, I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future vehicles are fully inspected and represented. I’d encourage potential buyers to have a thorough inspection before finalizing a purchase.

We got our EQB 300 with Pinnacle trim in September and we love it. It is easy to drive and has excellent performance for our needs. You can drive this car with one foot and rarely have to apply the brakes until you need to stop. Handles well at high speeds.

Although I didn't buy a high end exotic, I was treated like I was buying one. The 2007 XKR was wonderful and Jackson went above and beyond to answer all my questions, inquiries and upfront about everything with respect to the car. It was prepared beautifully and the transaction was as smooth as could be for an out of state buyer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a specialty vehicle and hope to deal with them again in the future.

Just bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey from Rheya at City Chevy. Our Honda died suddenly and left us in a bit of a pickle. Rheya helped us through the buying process and even delivered our van to our house to accommodate our kids sports schedules. The whole team was kind and flexible with our budget. This is a great SUV. This is also better than the new GLE 350. 3.5 liter v6 for the 2018. 2.0 liter turbo 4 cylinder for the new GLE

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

They called promptly and gave me information about the car but unfortunately this car wasn't eligible for a tax credit.

Fun to drive, but practical for a growing family. Sufficient power despite a relatively small engine. Styling looks like a mini gls. Interior Feels larger than the glc.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Great service and easy to work with. In and out quickly and they had a great selection of imports.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

Made the trip from Aurora for my 2018 Audi Q5. Eddie Baker really knows his stuff, and Adam went above and beyond walking me through the tech features. Smoothest buying experience I’ve had.

Had this vehicle for about a month and I have to say it's the most amazing thing I've ever driven!  It's so quiet, smooth, and maneuverable with the all-wheel steering.  And driving it with one pedal has been a very satisfying experience and gives you so much control.  Plus, that quiet interior has made enjoying the superb Dolby Atmos sound system, playing Spacial Audio via the integrated Apple Music app, even better.  It's like being in a personal sound studio!  And add to that the hot back massage, ambient lighting, and, air balance fragrance system makes it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.  The whole design is beautiful IMHO and truly reflects Mercedes's design language of "Sensual Purity", especially the front interior.  I only wish it had a longer range, but with everything it offers, I'm OK with that until the battery technology for EVs improves.  One final note.  The HEPA filtration has been such a godsend with all the smoke from the Canadian wildfires and makes the inside air so fresh. After driving this,  there's no way I want to go back to an ICE vehicle as it's just so superior in every way!

Great vehicle. We do a lot of traveling. We have a “S Class” but doesn’t have the room to carry all the stuff we take on a month trip. The GLS will certainly meet the need and provide the comfort of a luxuary sedan.

My Fiancé was talking with Brandon, (General Manager)for about a month or so on the Mercedes G Wagon. Brandon was awesome, and a very respectable gentleman. He went above and beyond for us on our purchase. We are from Arkansas, and we drove 578.6 miles to West Chicago, traded in my Range Rover for the G-Wagon. Brandon stayed after hours, patiently waited for our arrival. Everything about our meet with Brandon was very much of a Blessing. Thank you Brandon for all your help and patience. It was a pleasure working with you. The drive back home to Arkansas in my G-Wagon was all so amazing. We did not have any issues with the vehicle. I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

This car is absolutely great. I have back problems and the seats are really comfortable. The drive is great. Best crossover I have purchased. Interior is nice too. And love the inside lighting.

The GLS has the luxury of a sedan and the versatility of an SUV. This is the fourth GL series that I have had and would not consider another vehicle.
