Absolutely love with this suv. Handles very well. Great on gas. Sporty but also family oriented. simple, modern and yet still elegant interior with a sleek exterior to match.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

I bought my car sight unseen, Clean Carfax and was someone’s corporate car so it had extremely low mileage for the year(80k) and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! Had never driven the ML other than a friend’s 2005 but the 2 don’t compare. I will drive this car until the wheels fall off and would definitely but another one

This suv is really a truck. It handles well and is very comfortable. If you like the sound of your engine without adding a lot of mufflers and stuff, this is the car for you. I love the sound of the gear changing, even turning a corner. It has style and makes you proud to be seen in it.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

Nice to talk with. Unfortunately couldn't be where I have to for my trade allowance. In fact it was quite honestly ridiculously low.

This is a great SUV. This is also better than the new GLE 350. 3.5 liter v6 for the 2018. 2.0 liter turbo 4 cylinder for the new GLE

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

Car rides very smoothly. Car is easy to drive and we love that interacts with us. Car is very comfortable and sturdy. We love the that it receives verbal commands and executed them.

Eric is service is great. He asks before work is done. He will speak in layman's terms. Always helpful! Always works with us to get us to work.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

I’ve recently bought a 2023 Yukon from star. I made a appt with Colleen to see the car. When I got there I was greeted by her and then she introduced me to Kyle. He walked me right up to the car a had the appt on. Keys were even in his hand so I didn’t have to wait. I took it for a drive and fell in love with it. He knew the Yukon in and out. Then when it came to financing the car Justin in finance made it very easy. He gave me a couple options to make sure I was covered if I wanted. Out of every car I’ve ever bought (I’m almost 50) I’ve never been so relaxed start to finish with my purchase. It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

The dearlership & salesman, Scott Evans were the best I've worked with since dealing with, buying & selling cars since 1972. They first gave me nearly the same amount I paid for my Mclaren 570GT in trade-in. Just prior to final purchase, the dealership provided over $9,000 of changes & improvements to the $256,000 Mclaren 720S I bought from them including, replacing two door lifting hydraulic shocks without any requests or prodding from me AND at no cost to me. After purchase & we had returned home with the 720, I found a small chip in the paint on the front hood of the car. They coordinated the repair with two specialty paint/body shops for the 4-part Mclaren paint. They said the dealership would cover the cost of a spot repair if it worked, but it would cost about $3,300 if the shop had to paint the entire hood. The body shop was not satisfied with the spot repair and proceeded to paint the entire hood. When I picked the car up, Scott told me everything was free of charge. The paint job was perfect in every way. The dealership gave us some accessories like hats, shirts & a 18 inch x 4 inch Mclaren logo to apply to the windshield - also free of charge. They stay in touch with me and include me in invites to owner gatherings & displays at the dealership and road rallies with other Mclaren owners. They are the best I've ever seen.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

I have had bad experiences purchasing remote before and this was a large investment, so I came into this transaction with a heightened sense of skepticism. Great for king trips. Excellent throttle response, passing power, seats upright and comfortable and draws attention wherever it goes. Only negative is wind noise and fuel consumption. Oh,well it is a 577HP refrigerator.
