This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

i am the recent second owner from a family member that purchased new in 2013 and put 47k miles over 9 years. it is a comfortable& powerful. it has an attractive muscular design unlike all its competitors of its age as well as most now. not everyone wants a vehicle that is so similarly rounded as most the others. no wonder MB designed a boxier suv in the GLB. though the GLB is a turbo 4cyl fwd, making it less desirable imo.

My favorite car of all time! I bought the GLK 250 12 years ago & have just under 50 thousand miles, (I'm 76 & retired). Engine / transmission combo is superb as is the mileage. Comfortable & durable interior with plenty of room for "stuff". Tows small trailers easily. Great steering feel & braking. Excellent handling for an SUV. Run-flat tires not conducive to a "luxury" ride on rough surfaces. Built like a tank...I hit an elk near Grand Canyon (which cost 16K to fix), yet I drove over 2000 miles back to the east coast with no problems. A few recalls which were quickly repaired free. M.B. routine service is quite expensive though. Only one unscheduled service, a split in a turbo feed hose... the part was $350. DUH. I'm sure the car will outlast me.

I know what I want from the car, and I want the car-buying experience to be fun by being easy. To ensure that, Riley was responsive, communicative, clear, friendly, professional, patient, and informative, among other things. He responded to every phone call, email, text message in a very reasonable time, and was clear in communication and explanation of their process. The car I bought was the only one in the country in the right color and options combo, which is why I was making the purchase from out-of-state. Not once did he pressure me in any way, despite the unique inventory. The Alfa Romeo I bought has been a life goal, but I wanted to remain rational about the major purchase, so not feeling pressured was important. I truly enjoyed that drive and already felt justified in my decision to make a trip to buy a car. When we pulled up to the dealership, I knew to expect a large, multi-brand campus. It was even nicer than I had expected. Given that the car was a life goal as well as having a sticker price double what I have ever paid for a car before, I was hoping for that ‘above and beyond’ sales experience you always see in commercial, but also knowing that the car I wanted was still a fraction of the most expensive cars that Aristocrat offers. What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me. After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time. I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. The sole thing left to be desired is an Aristocrat Motors location in my home area. Thank you so very much to Riley and all of the Aristocrat Motors staff, it was an absolute pleasure.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

There was no pressure to buy anything. We were served complimentary breakfast while waiting. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and interested in helping me with anything I might need. The finance portion of the purchase was quick and simple. I didn't have to fill out the same info over and over. I did do the quick finance app online prior to coming in. At no time did I feel pressured or feel like they were trying to trick me into anything (like many car dealers). I was given a tour of the dealership and where to go for future service or parts. Before going home they had someone sit in the car with me and go over how to use some of the functions and even paired my phone with the Bluetooth. We bought this car for my wife in 2020 at the edge of the pandemic. It had 55K km at the time and we now have 190K km. We have done the usual necessary maintenance services and it has been excellent and still is a great car for the value. I love it and particularly enjoy the diesel economical driving. Too bad Mercedes stopped making it.

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

buying a car is a stressful adventure. We want the right car, a fair deal, and questions answered. I knew which car I wanted and to the salesman’s credit he did not try to up sell me to a new or more expensive car. I live in Oklahoma in a town to small for an Acura dealership. I wa therefore shopping online. The car they delivered was as nice if not nicer than the on line pictures. I left some important things in the console and they were shipped to me promptly. I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

Well organized operation - quality cars - excellent sales person - hassle free process - Don't offer great deals however. If you go to a another dealer, you can do better but you will have to work hard to get the better deal and probably put up with irritating car dealer tricks.

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

Worked with Tony who was amazing. Very on top of everything and constantly updating me. Never felt overly pressured. Picked a car as a bit of a fishing expedition and he made things come true and provided the perfect Valentine's gift.

I bought this car brand spanking new with 7 miles in it from Mercedes, during Covid where there was literally none around .. I bought the night package 2021 but I’d was in may I believe of 2020.. regardless, I e never had one issue with this car ever… love it..
