Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

Excellent vehicle. Great mix of value, performance, comfort and looks. I've had 2 Audis and a Mercedes in the past and this is by far my favorite of them all. I am able to fit a baby seat in the back and it's a little smaller than I'd like but it's perfect for what I need. There are also a lot of after market performance mods for those that are interested.

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

Purchased the 2021 GLB because I was looking for a compact-sized SUV with third row seating for kids. The GLB also has a modern interior, I like the turbine-style air vents and the "surfboard" infotainment and instrument cluster. Despite what others have said about navigating the infotainment, I don't find it hard or cumbersome to use. However, one nuisance is having to scroll to the radio presets every now and then on the instrument display, sometimes it doesn't save the last setting. I also like the large panoramic sunroof although that's a $1500 option. The engine is peppy and the car is nimble (for an SUV) and has great class gas mileage. There are a few annoyances though: 1) The 2nd row seats don't fold all the way down IF the seats are moved to the front most position (the headrest hits the front seats), this makes it even more difficult to climb into the 3rd row; 2) Android Auto and Apply Carplay doesn't take up the full 10.25 inch infotainment screen, Google Maps only displays 7 inches; 3) the dual exhaust tips are fake. The GLB isn't very stylish, isn't very fast and performance-oriented, and it's not the most luxurious Mercedes; however it offers the perfect practicality. The only competitor is the Discovery Sport which is also a compact, luxury SUV with a third row.

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

The person who posted the fact that they are Ukraine owned has zero impact on them as a business. In fact, the same person posted twice just to damage the ratings. I purchased a 2017 GLE 350 with 27,000 miles on it the SUV is a dream come true, you can't get a more quiet or smoother ride in an SUV. Has every option in the you can get even self parking. Love the color combination white exterior and cashmere interior, I have the original window sticker and sales receipt the car sold out the door includes tax and discounts dealer prep for $64,000.00

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. this car is a sleeper. It's beautifully appointed and comfortable to tool around town, and an absolute beast on the highway. A real joy to drive.

I purchased a Glk350 new in 2011, picking it up in Germany on overseas delivery. I have purchased at least 30 new cars, domestic and foreign, during my 75 years and THIS has been by far the best. I believe MB bult the original with a very specific aim for a premium product, unlike some of the other small vehicles they produce. I still own the car and am reluctant to buy another vehicle because this one has been bulletproof. No squeaks or rattles. 100% reliable for the 85,000 miles driven, with only regular maintenance (and I have performed most of it including oil and filter changes and even spark plugs and igniters). Performed all regular maintenace as scheduled. Comfortable, reasonably quiet, very stable, handles well and fast for a small SUV. Opted for the HK sound system and it is VERY good. Beautiful audiophile sound, no bass ramp up or distortion. Paint is still immaculate even with Florida sun. Interior has held up well with the exception of a tear on the driver's seat for which an OE replacement cover is readily available online. Only possible criticisms: Back seat legroom is not great for large adults, otherwise adequate and comfortable; uses premium fuel and gets about 23 mpg ave for me, but I drive less than 10,000 miles a year, so no issue; and transmission fluid change which was changed on the original schedule to 40,000 miles was somewhat expensive, but I did get a $200 coupon which offset half of it. For a small SUV it handles great and seems built like a tank. Truly like a more modern but small G wagon.
