Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

So pleased with our recent purchase of a beautiful new Mazda CX-50! Typically, I dread buying a car, however the team of professionals at Wayne Mazda did everything with such ease! James Vrindten listened to what we wanted in a car and helped us find the perfect match. The test drive showed the power and features of the car. Mark in Finance helped us through the paperwork explaining each document. Joe did a fabulous job of teaching us how to use all of the fabulous features in our new car. He was patient as I asked a ton of questions. It was so nice to have a dealership help me utilize all of the great features of my new car. I would recommend Wayne Mazda to everyone. It is no surprise that they are the number one Mazda dealership in the world!!!

My 2022 GLE450 is outstanding. Plenty of room in rear seats. Gas milage is better than advertised. 25 mpg in town and 27 on the road mpg. using premium fuel is a drawback. Drives great. fit and finish is superb. Technology is second to none. Feels very safe. Headlights are the best I've ever seen. I am a Mercedes Benz owner and have been since 2002, BUT this could be my LAST due to dealership overpricing. I realize cars are in high demand, but price gouging is and will never again be tolerated here again!

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I am super happy with the service and attention I received from Guillermo and Michael at Yonkers Kia. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Kia vehicle. Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

This dealership always exemplifies high quality and friendly service. I have experienced many dealerships in Bergen, Hudson and Essex counties and find Benzel Bush maintains integrity throughout the entire process, from the initial deal, servicing to the next purchase. I've done two car deals with them so far and will return for the next.

The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

Saw the g class bought the class in less than 3 hours. Alfonso the sales guy was a PRO! He did FaceTime walk around. I've been shopping for weeks and this dealership had it priced right. Many people are always concerned when they are about to buy a new car and need to walk into a dealership to discuss and negotiate, arming themselves to the teeth! So, I did my research online and on social media and analyzed all the reviews of Lexus dealerships, each and everyone of them. One dealership stood out with consistently excellent sales and service reviews.That was Lexus of Greenwich! So I drove from NYC to the Lexus Greenwich dealership bypassing all the other dealerships along the way. I was not disappointed! From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! Big kudos to Anisa, Zak and Niketa of the Sales team!!! And, a big shout out too to Manav who comprehensively and patiently demonstrated all the many features of the SUV to me. I have had this vehicle for only one month so have not developed much experience with it. I did take it on a 1400 mile trip two days after purchase. It ran well, was very comfortable to drive, made for a very easy trip, was great on gas mileage, and it is very quiet inside the cabin. Seat comfort is exceptional and this, being our first experience with heated seats and steering wheel, was most enjoyable.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Another Great Car Buying Experience for a New Yorker at LEXUS GREENWICH! I purchased my second LEXUS at LEXUS GREENWICH driving there from NYC! The effort and trip are always worth it as the car buying experience is transparent, comfortable, even pleasurable, informa, unhurried and easy-going. Thus, my second LEXUS purchased here!! Very nice and roomy. Software issues. A1/2 of the ambient lighting stopped working and now a camera has quit working causing multiple warnings to appear. Had to replace 23 inch tires at 10,000 miles because of wear. Mercedes paid for 1/2 and I paid the other 1,000 for the other 2. No manufacturer makes a 23 inch all season tire that fits their wheels. It’s a problem. It looks great but I would not get 23 inch wheels again.I don’t drive on the autobahn daily, just city streets.
