The minor repair was done right away, and he even test drove the vehicle along with me and let his lunch go cold! I felt bad but he insisted on me not waiting despite me telling him it was fine. Every time contact him he is going above and beyond - and I know him since he started withEH. To me he is the one who makes all the difference along with Bruce when it comes to servicing my car. By the way - the techs have a similar attitude when talking to me.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 Base review
Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k)
Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).
